Tried to accuse me of destroying the straps on the trailer, but magically they were just fine when we went outside to look at them to see the damage
Blake FThe app performed very poorly and would not recognize my location in order to pick up the truck. It took over 45 minutes with multiple restarts and uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to work. I would not recommend using a mobile or after hours pick up to anyone.

Richard BI recently found myself homeless and living in a motel with a house full of belongings in a UHAUL truck. I was in real bind as it was taking all my money to pay for the motel. I went to the UHAUL office in good faith to explain my situation. I told her that I needed the truck for another week, but wouldn't have the money to cover the bill until July 5 to which she said that was fine that BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE !!!! I left there feeling pretty good because a wheit had been lifted, I THOUGHT !!! Before I was back to the motel she went in and wiped my account PLUS 100 DOLLARS!!!!! Luckily my bank covers overdrafts up to 150 dollars .. THIS JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU CAN'T TRUST ANYONE !!!! She lied to my face then again later on the phone. UHAUL WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER NICKEL FROM ME OR ANYONE I TALK TO

Jorge MLinh was very nice and helpful when I arrived. The truck was just the right size for my move.
Teresa SI was told my truck would be available for pickup at this location, only to show up and find out that this location had no record of my rental and I had to look online to discover that they had moved my rental to the other side of town. So I went to Diamond Self Storage to pick up my truck (through the self-service option which I specifically noted that I did not want). None of the additional supplies (dollies, furniture pads, etc.) that I had rented were in the truck, and when I called to ask about my moving supplies they informed me that I had to go BACK to Morris Auto & Truck Service AGAIN to pick up the additional moving supplies that I had requested when I made my reservation. The employees seemed apologetic enough but clearly there are some serious organizational and communication issues at U-Haul that need to be addressed. As if that wasn't enough, I went to return my rental truck in the city I was moving to, where I was told my furniture pads and dolly had been recorded as a local rental and that I was expected to return them at Morris Auto and Truck over 400 miles away from my truck dropoff destination. It should have been obvious that this was not going to happen, especially when I clearly stated that I wanted to drop off all my rental equipment at the same location and was assured that this would be fine. I can't say enough bad things about this experience. U-Haul's negligence and carelessness cost me hours out of my week during an experience that was stressful enough as it was.

Awab Othe air freshener/incense/scentsy or what ever it is makes the office a little strong for people who have a reaction to scents. BUT -- that would not effect most people. The staff was very helpful and the equipment functioned well.
phyllis bOur reserved truck was not available at the location we had selected. We did not receive a notification letting us know that our reservation had been moved to a different location clear across town. When you have to pay per mile, small things like that make a huge difference. If you're going to do that to customers, you should at least credit them the difference in mileage from the location they requested a truck from. It was already an inconvenience to have to drive an additional 30 minutes across town. It was also an inconvenience to the business owner that had to wait for us to arrive 45 minutes after their business had closed for the day.
Michelle MHard to get into locks for the keys and it was freezing outside. It wouldn't unlock. The check in process took way too long. Could have at least explained the process of checking in and when to check in before like when you order the uhaul explain the process of what to do so not standing in cold for 30 minutes. The customer service wasn't the most friendly either. The return process was just as bad.

Jennifer VEverything was great except for the corporate customer service rep we talked with on the phone when we were trying to return the truck with the online system. She was no help whatsoever and her "solutions" did not solve anything. My fiancé and I managed to solve our own problem with the online return system. Store Employees at the location were fantastic and helpful. In summary pickup location gets 5 stars, customer service rep at the provided number no stars. She should be sent for retraining with these people since they know how to do her job and she doesn't.

georgia cThe vehicle we rented had a horrible smell in the cab. Which is a little gross. We were hella over changed. Prior to the recent time we rented I was also over charged and though I would give U-Haul another go around and welp I was very disappointed.

shaquille mWe ordered a 15 ft truck over a month ago. We had to use a 20 ft truck instead. They didn't make us pay more although I'm sure the travel costs were higher. They were great about changing our arrival times for rental. People were friendly.
brian LI would like it better if the interior of the windshield was wiped off. It was pretty spotty and I didn't have time all day to do the cleaning on it because I was so busy. That would make it easier for the customers to drive your vehicles. . The vehicle was in very good shape and I would rent again from you. A customer service is very good.

CHRISTINA JAbsolutely brutal experience. Using the U-Haul website, tried to rent a truck. Couldn't from the closest location, so I went to the next closest. It said they had a truck, and I could schedule a pick-up time between midnight and 3:30am, or after 4:00pm. Wound up having to call the 800 number for assistance. The gentleman who answered was helpful and scheduled me for a third location, which was unmanned on the weekends (Saturday rental). It would require a check-out via the U-Haul website or app. Upon arriving, I went to the U-Haul website to complete my check-out. No matter what I did, it told me my session was timed out. I logged out and back into my account several times. Thought I'd download the app and try that. Logged in, found my reservation and clicked on it. Then it told me the page I was trying to access didn't exist. Wound up having to call the U-Haul 800 number again. The woman who answered said that it would do that even if you were even just 1 minute after your reserved time (I don't think that's actually the case). She worked to assist, and pushed my reservation back an hour thinking that would help solve the problem. At that point, she wanted to transfer me to someone else. I had to interrupt her to tell her that the website and app were still giving me the same errors even with the new checkout time. I got transferred anyway. Sitting in a parking lot, at a business that is closed on the weekend, now nearly a half hour after my originally scheduled pickup time, I got to wait on hold....for over 50 minutes. Another customer showed up because they had trouble getting their truck from a different location and were directed here. They were also frustrated, spent time making multiple calls and waiting on hold with different departments, but eventually got their truck and left. I was still on hold. When someone finally answered, they wound up having to cancel my order and re-enter it. I finally got to begin the checkout process. All said and done, I wound up getting the truck nearly two hours after my originally scheduled time. As part of the mobile checkout process, you estimate how many miles you will drive. I said 50. I had asked one of the phone reps previously how that worked, and they assured me I would see the actual mileage reflected on the final bill. When checking the truck back in, I got billed for exactly 50 miles (pretty sure that's not the amount we drove that day). But it said my final bill would be in my email. As of now, that still hasn't arrived, and I'm doubting it will. In the end, it's probably less than $20 difference and I'm not going to pursue it just because I imagine it involves another lengthy hold on the phone and that isn't worth it to me. This process already ranks right behind "passing a kidney stone" in terms of my life experiences, I really don't want to see how much worse it can get. Understand, this is all about the technological problems with U-Haul and not an indictment on Morris Auto & Truck. But I certainly wouldn't recommend this location (or maybe any?) due to these issues. When it comes to your move, find a friend with a pickup. Flag down a passing FedEx truck and see if the driver will take a bribe to throw your stuff in back. Or just carry it on your back.

JANLEE Lit was our first time having to rent a truck from this location and it was a hassle free experience and easy to do. we made a reservation, arrived on the date when we ordered it and we were happily on our way. the lady behind the counter was nice to answer a couple of questions i had regarding the rental as well. the price was also fair.

Pablo Acheck in was easy and fast. staff is super nice. trailer was good and clean. will definitely come back and recommend this place. it's an auto shop so they also repair trailers and trucks if you have any issues which is great.
Rosalina GUhaul dirty at pickup location. Had to ask for it to be cleaned. Reserved tow trailer was too small for the vehicle I was towing. 3 hours later it was determined determined u-haul did not make a trailer big enough for me to toll my vehicle. I'd hire someone to drive my vehicle out to Colorado and pay their way back to Nebraska. All around bad experience.

Robert PDo a walk around before you drive off and look inside to make sure it's clean and all the wooden rails aren't broken. Someone peeled off the letters (the small black ones) on the side of the truck and it said something sexually derogatory.
Philip BAgain would never use uhaul again. I can't rate this exact location because all I did was drop off my truck and leave the keys in the box.
