I would recommend it due to its close proximity to my home, however, the truck was filthy. I have to clean the inside myself and that's unacceptable.
QUINTASHA SThe guy who helped us was really nice & professional; the woman who worked with him...not so much. The truck door was opened & it jammed multiple times throughout the rental time & I'm sure they knew this is an issue. I was able to rent the same day after my reservation was canceled without any notice to me at a different facility (Reemi's Beer, Wine, & Tobacco). Overall, I appreciate the prompt service & availability of a rental but I would not likely recommend that location.

ASHLEY FI came to drop off the rental here, my friend that was helping, went inside and asked where we should leave the trailer. He came back out and advised me where to put the trailer, so we did and unhooked and unloaded it. I went inside to speak to the person at the counter about the dropoff and to get the return paperwork started, The guy seemed lost, hardly spoke to me. I prompted him to tell him my name and he proceeded to walk outside with me to look at the trailer. The first thing he said to me was, it is not where I wanted it parked. My friend that was helping move, said it was exactly where he mentioned to put it. After a small debate between the two of them I decided to just hook the trailer back up and move it to where the guy wanted it. He stood by and watched while we did it. I asked if it was where he wanted it afterward, he confirmed. This person must not speak english well, or is socially awkward because it was like I was speaking a foreign language to him the whole time we interacted. 0/10 customer service skills. Sorry to say, but just being honest.

HODO EI was scheduled to p/u @10, I arrived at 9:50am & they were closed. The guy opened up @10:15, he was very rude and confused about what to do. The store was very unclean, stuff everywhere. I will never use the location again.

Customer service representatives at Uhaul did not informed me that the mobile app to unlock lock box for key an android phone is NOT compatible with the online system.We waited 2 hours to get truck keys because online key box app did not work for my phone! This process was frustrating and waste of much time!

SHULANDA LI actually went to this location just to rent a U-haul, and found a few items I was looking for. Location very close to my home. Van was very clean, new and easy for me to drive/use. Only suggestion- Explain to the customer they need cell phone for checking in/out. Tell customer upfront what the fees are.

Jose MThe powder springs location I rented a van at was not good I tried many times calling that powder springs location they never answered the phone no matter how many times I called all through the day of the rental and they never answered the next day either I was calling to let them know I had left my yetti water container inside a plastic bag a long with some Pringles in the cab of the van so I can come and get them and that it's not trash but they never answered I hope I don't get charged for trash because I cleaned the van back out I just forgot my stuff in The cab but I couldn't get it because they never answered now I got to buy a new yetti water bottle it cost $60 with tax.
Samuel GThe lady running this rental site is very unprofessional. In 2020, I returned a U-Haul rental that I rented in Houston, Texas and she gave my wife a broom 粒 to sweep the truck. On 11/04/2022 upon returning another truck I rented the day before, she again gave me a broom 粒 to sweep the truck but I declined and she said she'll charge me $25 for the cleaning. I told her I'll ask my bank to decline the payment. Fortunately, there weren't sufficient funds in that payment method for her to impose that payment. She started yelling at me and told me she was my mother. I walked away. She was very impolite and unprofessional. I will not recommend this location to anyone trying to rent a truck.

John AThe place closed at 9:00 PM we got there at 8:30 and lights were off. Also this was not the place I had agreed to drop it off but U-Haul changed it when we went to return it.
