The location hours of operation need to be updated on the UHaul site. If not for the great service from UHaul customer service, the condition of this location would have had me nervous.

Gas gauge was broken and I drove 54 miles and have the add to put $60 in the gas tank

SHULANDA LI actually went to this location just to rent a U-haul, and found a few items I was looking for. Location very close to my home. Van was very clean, new and easy for me to drive/use. Only suggestion- Explain to the customer they need cell phone for checking in/out. Tell customer upfront what the fees are.

Jose MThe powder springs location I rented a van at was not good I tried many times calling that powder springs location they never answered the phone no matter how many times I called all through the day of the rental and they never answered the next day either I was calling to let them know I had left my yetti water container inside a plastic bag a long with some Pringles in the cab of the van so I can come and get them and that it's not trash but they never answered I hope I don't get charged for trash because I cleaned the van back out I just forgot my stuff in The cab but I couldn't get it because they never answered now I got to buy a new yetti water bottle it cost $60 with tax.
Samuel GThe lady running this rental site is very unprofessional. In 2020, I returned a U-Haul rental that I rented in Houston, Texas and she gave my wife a broom 粒 to sweep the truck. On 11/04/2022 upon returning another truck I rented the day before, she again gave me a broom 粒 to sweep the truck but I declined and she said she'll charge me $25 for the cleaning. I told her I'll ask my bank to decline the payment. Fortunately, there weren't sufficient funds in that payment method for her to impose that payment. She started yelling at me and told me she was my mother. I walked away. She was very impolite and unprofessional. I will not recommend this location to anyone trying to rent a truck.

EARNEST WEverything was fine. But the cleanliness of the vehicle wasn't that good.
Ray ETrailers always parked on slope and chocked with misc. rocks etc. , staff claims that they are not supposed to hook trailer to vehicle only supervise. This is the worst U-Haul location that I have ever used.

Kishma HThis Uhual van I rented was completely filthy inside & out. I spent a hour and a half cleaning this van at the car wash before I was able to drive it. It was smoke burns in the seats, ashes on the floor along with all the dirt & mud & trash that was on the floor. Stains on the steering wheel, trash & mud, 2 old boxes were left in the back, a piece of ventilation equipment left from the last customer & old dirty shirts left in the back of the van. I've been renting with Uhual for 2months now & this is the first location I've had a bad experience with. Worst customer service ever & I'll never be back or refer anyone here. The place is inside a fish market!

DOMENICK TThe rental return process was a headache. The website would not let me Continue after the Trailer Cleanliness section. I tried the Uhaul Chat with no luck and had to wait over an hour to speak to someone through the 1-800# in order to complete my rental return.

DAVID PHad no issue when picking up the truck. However, when I dropped the truck back off the gentleman running the counter started the conversation off with, " you waited to the last minute". He went out to check the truck came back stated I had driven the truck 27 miles instead of the 13 5 miles I had actually put on the truck. By their truck odometer. He wasn't ever Rude but he will add additional mileage. Be mindful of the mileage on the truck and what's actually on the receipt. Secondly, the engine light was on when I picked up the truck. It wasn't really a big deal because I wasn't leaving the city limits. Just be mindful of the mileage.

Sheila GUhaul smelled DISGUSTING and it could have used a vacuum on the floor & seats. The tire light stayed on the whole time but I was assured that I wouldn't have any tire issues. Overall it drop well and the process of checking in/out was great.
