The people are nice at U-Haul in this location. It's just not in a great part of town.
Colton MThe customer service was excellent, the equipment was horrendous. The trailer was barely usable. The straps were so rusted that they continously came undone throughout my trip and ended up damaging my car.

Melissa SImprove the ID system. The link wouldn't upload to the computer. The lady assisting us was wonderful, but the ID system was frustrating… especially when card readers are available.
Kimberly SThe truck was absolutely filthy on the inside cab area, coffee spills/sticky/dashboard and floor had dirt and sdrink spills everywhere. seat was filthy. the interior of the box was dirty and had not been swept out. with strings still tied to the walls. This is extremely frustrating because you charge people for a dirty truck but don't clean it for the next person.

Alex SWhen UHaul customer representative called to confirm pick up location, they changed it on me without my approval and left a voicemail without any option. I returned the call to confirm and was informed I didn't need to do any further check in, but I actually had to upload the driver's license. My friend was the primary driver and the reservation ended up in his name, not mine. Very confusing :/

Johnny RBad, bad area of town. The cab of the truck was FULL of long white dog hair. So much it was sticking to our clothes. My 2 year old daughters allergies messed with her the whole 5 hour trip cause of it.

perry mSeemed generally disinterested in renting. Made us move the van to 3 different spots when returning acting like we should know where they go. They would be better served performing tasks that do not deal with the public like trash pick up. Van was disgusting inside and windshield was dirty.
MARK LWe tried returning it the same day but saw a drop box but the place was all fenced in. So we had to find somewhere to park it overnight. The next day we called first and a guy said it was not a Uhaul place, called again and he said yes she will be here til 12 and sounded very angry, after going there it is beside a wrecker service so maybe thats the confusion because there was another customer having trouble figuring out how to return. Also we had told the Uhaul place in SC that we were going to Signal Mtn and once we got there realized there is a Uhaul a lot closer.

STOREY TAfter I drove away I discovered that the front right tire was very low. When I went to have it pumped up I found it had only 18 pounds of pressure. The tire seemed to hold its pressure throughout the day. It should have been checked before I got the truck.
Michael EThe truck was quite dirty. There was ash and dog hair in the cab and an old face mask fell out from behind the visor. It drove well until we got to the mountains- then whenever going downhill it shook like crazy and we had to go under 40 to maintain control.
Elizabeth SDropped the car hauler off 1 day early. Good experience. Dropped the truck off on time. Store was closed. Parked where I was told and left keys in lockbox as instructed. Was charged an additional 16 for fuel although it was exactly where it should have been. No phone call, no email. Just 16 taken from my account!

jJOSHIA KI only like this for its convenience. Horrible location, staff not friendly, super not clean or inviting. Luckily its so close to the interstate, that's the only plus.

Diane WWhen I returned to trailer, I had to back into a difficult area. The employee on site tried to get me to back the trailer into a 90 degree space with a narrow entrance.
