The van I had reserved was not back in time and the lady I spoke to at the location was rude and unhelpful. I called UHaul and the representative I spoke to was wonderful, but when I had to go back inside to talk to the woman at the location's reception area she continued to be difficult and overcharged me.Aaron S.

The check-in process takes too long time. The person even do not know how to upload my driver license information. The return process is also strange. The person asked me to fuel the tank to the level when I rent the truck. I do not understand why.Yaguang Z.
My reservation was changed back and forth so many times; from online check in to in person check in. It was changed from one location to another multiple times and I had to do multiple phone calls. And at one point, someone from haul reservations told me that my reservation is not for sure, and there is a chance I may not get a truck at all. Moving is stressful and my experience with U-Haul made it so much worse. Would not do business with Haul againxinqi D.

Absolutely crooks. Gas tanks was less than 1/4 charged me for insurance I didn't buy when I returned it they overcharged me for gas and I leave. I'll be filing a report in this.Jessica M.

Even though I reserved equipment weeks in advance, the location was moved 30 minutes away from me 24 hours in advance to this location. The equipment was not ready when I arrived and they did not have the moving blankets I reserved. Also, my reservation was for 9am, I selected truck share and upon my arrival, I received a message that the location was not open until 9:30 and had to wait further inconveniencing me.Marcos B.

- Address could not be found - There was no truck when we reached the location but reservations made without truck available. Website and app were very slow and not booting. It took 45 minutes to cancel 10 feet truck and book 9 feet Van which is available there. - Worst customer service. No one has knowledge of the issue. Could not edit or make anorher reservation. Forwarded to other sept. This other dept. is worst the. this dept. have to wait in line for 15 min. Overall, worst experience.Akash N.

Wouldn't recommend this place to a dead person! Vehicle was disgustingly sticky, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I also put gas in to where it was before I returned and they charged me $15 for gas. Took over an hour to even get checked in and get keys, after making a reservation online. An absolute disgrace, just shows this place cares nothing about its customers. Then again I guess one can't expect good service from these people. Will never use them again! I'll carry things on my back before using this place!Robert U.

Better communication would help. I had trouble understanding the person renting me the truck. It didn't help he wouldn't let in the office to complete the rental. There was a glass bank teller window without a speaker interface. Hard to understand what he was saying. On the bright side the truck ran well ("Fully" loaded) on our trip which was about 500 miles one way.James C.

Attendant claimed the tank was just â€œa hair below full.â€ She did not give me the disclosure that she had marked the tank on a separate form that showed it was between 3/4 full and full. I drove the truck 16 miles and it cost me nearly $20 to refill the tank. When I complained that 5,5 gallons was not â€œa hair below fullâ€ and she needed to reimburse me for the extra gas I put in she said she wouldn't then showed me the form where she had marked the gas before I had left. Then she charged my card more than an additional $6 because she said I miss estimated the mileage I was traveling by 6 miles. I am very unhappy with U-Haul an believe I am owed a reimbursement.WALTER W.
The process SEEMS easy when you book online, and that is where the ease ends... The man at the desk was rude and unhelpful going so far as to yell and scream and wave his arms at me. He finally threw a piece of paper though the hole in the window and told me to: "Call that number!" Thankfully the management office was able to help me. But not before the man handled several other "hotel emergencies." All the while, I am basically standing on the side of route 1 at the Motel 6 waiting for help. This was supposed to be an fast and easy process - it took 40+ minutes to get the keys into my hands. All in all I would NEVER use this place again, and what really sucks is that I am moving a few weeks, and I could have used them.JOHNNA R.

The truck had fast food trash from the previous driver in it. Also, the logging experience was not that sample, though I entered all the required information, I still could not completed. Luckily, an employee was there, she was very helpful and nice and help me completed the registration.RODYE P.

The gentleman who assisted me in this transaction was by far the rudest and mean person i've ever had to deal with at Uhaul. He charged my card but would NOT release the van until 45 mins later due to me needing a valid credit card- even though he CHARGED my credit card. He was dismissive and rude to myself and the CSR who helped me over the phone. Even while on the phone with the Uhaul CSR- he would not release the vehicle. He made this experience a horrible one and I will never ever use his location again. He turned a 1 hour trip into a 2,5 hr trip due to his rude and dismissive behavior. I encourage you all to pull video and audio from my transaction for further proof of his behavior.IVANA L.

They charged me for gas. I requested the person who checked me in to come and verify the condition of the rental, and verify the full tank of gas. He said it was not necessary, and then they charged me for a half of tank at $64. Outrageous.JASON P.

The pickup experience was horrendous. For some reason, I wasn't able to pickup my truck at the location specified as it says I have to wait for my location to open at 9,3 a.m., which is ridiculous since my reservation was at 9 p.m.. I had to wait on a phone line for about an hour until someone was able to resolve this. The person said that this is not my fault and there's nothing that I can do about it, it is basically U-haul's system that is causing this problem. By the time I picked up my truck, it was 11 p.m..Jun Zhi T.
The location did the job, but it is certainly difficult to find considering it is a motel. A sign or two would be nice. I would also have appreciated it if the guy could have given me some kind of receipt as proof that the truck was returned.SILVIA L.
The day manager was exceptionally nice, but before I even walked up to the window to tell him I was there yo pick up the truck, all he could say was they had no single bed rooms, only doubles. I didn't understand at first, but then he realized I was there for the truck. It's hard to feel good about a truck rental place that is located at a motel that rents rooms by the hour, and drug deals are made in cars parked around back. When I returned the truck later that night, I did not feel safe, and the night manager made me go back and take pictures of the dash board to prove I filled it up and I gave him the correct mileage. The prior location I went to, did that themselves. Also, the truck mileage was twice the amount I paid two days before for the same truck. I was not pleased with how much the bill was. The free furniture I was given, has certainly cost me quite a bit now.Eileen B.
The person running the office did a very nice job helping us , we were very satisfied . We were not able to rent the 10' truck as a one way , which was very disappointing . This is a low-rate Motel 6. It took more than 45-minutes before the clerk could service me, given various interruptions by the "motel" clientele. The vehicle provided, however, was in good condition. Return also took a few minutes due to the other Motel customers.Richard B.

Terrible location and rude staff. Also fraudulent. Claimed I had rented dolly and blankets which I had not. Kept arguing about it even after I showed the rental contract. He said he doesn't remember giving me any of those but his â€œsystemâ€ is showing it. Eventually said he will call uhaul to resolve. I waited nearly 30 minutes but the matter was still not getting resolved. I told him I will call Uhaul directly and resolve with them. Thank fully it was all sorted by uhaul. Avoid renting from this locationAjay T.
Uhaul changed my location without my consent to a motel 6 (worse location) further away -which cost me more in mileage. Tip: Don't reserve with card information Incase 1 minute after your order - they don't actually have that vehicle on site.Steven F.
Horrible location and absolutely no service. Truck cabin had not been cleaned either. I had to unload a bunch of trash before leaving on my trip. I had a massive problem with my vehicle and received no assistance. The AC went out 4 hours into a 20 hour drive on the hottest days of the year and could not be fixed . I was told I would need to unload and repack a new truck by myself which was not an option. I expect a full refund.Lewis S.

Sherry is an amazing gem. This is the first time I have rented. I called before the rental, she explained everything to me. She was there when I picked up and returned. She is very efficient, effective, understanding and friendly. A truly great asset to your business. would definitely recommend. Please make sure she gets positive ratings and feedback. I moved my niece from one fifth-floor walk-up apartment into another fifth-floor walk-up, so I was exhausted. Thank goodness the rental process was easy and predictable. Many thanks.HEIDILYDI Z.

I had a very bad experience with the truck. I rented the 26' truck after loading the truck and going to unload it started to rain and the wipers were broken and I was stock in the rain and almost crashed so many times after stopping every one mile and slowly driving 10 miles per hour on the high way. I although took a video of what happened. This wasn't very safe I hope you guys fix those wipers before the next customer use the truck so they don't go through what have happened to me. Dont ever go for pickup at this location, the owner of motel 6 doesnt know anything and he will just kill your time by taking 20 mins for each customer. Also, if you ask him to speed up he insulted me by refusing to deny the rental and asked me to go for a near by Uhaul store and was very rude.
