The driveway was extremely icy at my pickup and drop off times creating an extreme slip hazard. None of the requested equipment was in the van (I spent around an hour on the phone/on hold to finally get a refund issued). The cabin and rear of van had trash in it and was generally unclean. The person who gave me the keys claimed not to be affiliated with U-Haul, and informed me that “they just drop it off hereâ€, and was unable to address the missing requested equipment.
