When we went to turn in the U-Haul, the person that we spoke to tried to get us to turn it to a location across town that would have been extremely inconvenient. He told us that there wasn't room at the normal location that we return at which is about 2 miles from us. The owners were at our normal location and said sure that we could drop it there. We were very disappointed to have been tried to be forced to take it to another location that was so far away.

Torend EDrop off went great the only problem was the fuel. When we picked it up the gentleman told us half a tank. We put gas in it the night before and I thought had actually left a little over a half a tank. We were charged $11 for fuel. Other than that all good.

Bradford GThe site was great! The hours didn't fit my schedule, so I had to pick the truck up before they opened, and the app-based check-in procedure was a DISASTER!!! It took me a full half-hour to go through the process in the parking lot of the rental location before I could drive away in my truck. UHaul needs to improve their app before I'll rent from them again.
Jack TIt isn't about the location it is about uhaul company. I think that if you are picking up and dropping off at the same location and only using for one day that you shouldn't be charged a price by mile since you have to fill the vehicles back to the amount of gas that it was at when you had it.

JAMES CMake sure equipment rental requested is available when making rental reservation online. Needed dolly and was not available on site not any other location. Should be a way to show availability on website during rental request.

Chloe GI had to go to this location because the truck I reserved was not available at the original location I chose near my home. Uhaul found this location which was the closest but was still an additional 11 miles from the original pick up point.
