It is frustrating that you renta truckfor 8 online and u select to pickup your key in the box. You get therkey isnot there and store closed until 9.30 am it mets up all my schedule day of moving.

The time it took to activate was almost 30 minutes which cut into our rental time which very upsetting. The customer care person who activated the account was slow to response. I was highly disappointed in using the truck share and my experience with U-Haul.

Well first of all. I tried to confirm my reservation my with this location. I called twice, the third time, it was picked up just to put the phone on the counter to ignore me. Then the phone ranged busy. I do not appreciate this customer service. I request some type of discount

The truck was in horrible shape! It was filthy from a prior customer and the mechanical shape of the truck was so poor it was terrifying to drive. Thank goodness my move was a short trip because the truck would have NEVER made it! The check engine light was one, several other lights came up on the dash, and the brakes barely worked. I couldn’t even refill the tank because we didn’t think it would even make it back to the drop-off location. I addressed it with Everest, as not to give it to another customer, but I’m not sure if they even cared. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I have rented uhauls for years. I have always been very satisfied with the experience. Not so with this location. I will not rent from them again nor recommend them to others. I felt very disrespected by them and i felt like they were trying to scam me on everything.

I included furniture pads with my reservation. When I got to the location I was informed that they were not on my order and therefore could not have them. I argued a little but decided that it was not worth the effort. When I dropped off the U-haul I asked if they could take the pads off of the bill and they said they would - when I later checked my receipt they had not taken the charge off. I won't be using this location again.

This place is just too busy to be doing UHaul rentals. I had to wait in line 20 min until people checked out their groceries to get my rental. It was the same when I dropped off. Why arent these rentals FILLED w/gas before renting? Its so hard to fill to where the level started. Of course its a win for the establishment but not for the customer. Fill it up so I can then refill it

They didn't even know I was coming and they didn't have the dolly I ordered. The truck was dirty and the tank wasn't full. The whole experience was very unprofessional.

My renter was filthy, mud and leaves in the back of the truck. There was some type of orange substance on the passenger side dish board, someone had been smoking in the truck left cigarette in the ash tray and muddy foot prints driver side and passenger side seats

My order was changed and I was over charged on the rental and the insurance. I was also overcharged in the milage by almost 100 miles. I am disputing charges.

The credit card I entered when making the reservation could not be accepted at Everest. I was able to use another card, but it would have been nice to use the one I had entered to begin with. When I arrived, my reservation wasn't immediately found, but it was after some searching by the agent. I have rented before this time and will go here again, as needed, for U-Hauls in the future.

Charge the correct amount. This was a Uhual error-charged me 79 for a 19.95 a day fee for the rental. The store could not do anything, talked a manager for Lancaster on the phone. He was rude and spoke to me like I was a child, telling me that did not understand the rental form I had filled out. Told me I would get a refund and then hung up on me. Waiting for the refund to process now.
