I scheduled a pick up for 12:30pm, when I arrived they were closed until 1 with no way for me to get the truck. When they finally got there they couldn't find the key. When they did find the key we got into the U-haul and it was on Empty, it wouldn't even turn on initially. I was over 1 hour late to my move with several people waiting on me. It cost me time AND money and I strongly recommend you reconsider using this location for your trucks

When I first tried to rent a trailer, and I discovered that the people at the dealership where I purchased my car neglected to install the electrical hookups for the tow hitch, it was really stressful. But the folks at Mountain View Small Engine Repair were really helpful, and they made it clear that I could cancel the reservation with no charge. That, and their calm demeanor, made the situation less stressful. I did have to cancel the reservation and take the car back to the dealership, but the people at Mountain View Small Engine Repair are the reason why I chose to go back to them specifically once I had the right equipment installed in the car.

UHaul is an excellent company to work with. There weren't trucks available where I originally made my reservation. I was called immediately and presented with other options. I was fortunate to choose Michelle's location. She was great. I won't hesitate to recommend UHaul to others and will first look up Michelle for my future needs.

The process overall takes a lot longer than expected. The two ladies that work there look like they do not know what they are doing and confused about what is going on as far as the dropping off the truck process. Took over 20 minutes just to hand over the keys. I have never had a bad experience with UHAUL before until this day.

It wasn't even a U-haul location, it was a engine repair shop.

I had called earlier in the week to make sure the place would be open and that I would be able to pick up the truck on Saturday because I preferred to do in-person check in. Well I arrived and the location was closed. I was forced to check in through online, which set me back 1 hour. And then the truck had almost no gas and did not come with the utility dolly as I had reserved so I had to add gas and pick up the dolly at another location, that further set me back by another 15 minutes. It was poor communication

I need someone to respond. The charges for dolly was not provided. I need that refunded. Further, the lock used to secure the bed is old and was very difficult to get opened. There was no one to provide customer service by phone.

I have been using you at chino for the past 8 years for our annual bbq. But this year you gave my truck to someone else and we were scrambling to find anoter truck amd found one in rancho cucamonga. It was a liitke stressful an incovient. Instead of driving 3 miles we drove over 20 miles and we were rushing hoping we would get thr b4 it closes. I personally think i should be given a full refund. I may have to go with someone else next year. Merci

Let customers know that there is a lunch break when door is shut ; person on line said pickup was available at 12:15, 12:30, or 12:45 so had to wait until 1 pm. Customer rep was pleasant and efficient.

Do not rely on rental agent to document damage to vehicle prior to taking possession. Would recommend all renters take pictures of vehicle condition prior to leaving the lot. Returned the vehicle in same condition as rented and was accused of causing damage to vehicle, when in fact damage existed prior to renting.

The office area needs to be demarcated from the repair shop with a physical wall. The fumes from the shop makes the atmosphere unpleasant, and, possibly, unhealthy. The charges for gas, when they claim, you did not estimate replenishment accurately is criminal. I will probably not use uhaul after this.

Service was great. Truck rental was a little on the pricey side. One way trip from Rancho Cucamonga CA to Las Vegas NV cost approximately 850,00 $ including fuel which is a huge cost when making a major move.

Customer Service at this location is very bad. The Equipment was far below uhual standards as we rent REGULARLY from my company. Took pics of the truck that was damaged on both sides and blue paint spilled all over the hood and front on the passengers side. Took pics of the damage as the customer service rep when told about it said she did not need to mark it down because it was previously documented She did not check the gas or mileage. She just handed me the keys and basically said later. I felt like she did not care and felt like I could be held responsible for the damage that was already done. That's why I took the pics.

Don't charge them for extra days when they have turned the truck in, as I did. I had the truck for less than a day, but because the site was closed, and didn't reopen until Monday morning, I was charged for 2 days. This is very poor business practice, and you have lost a customer.

To start with, I'm not happy that I was given a quote of 36 $.and change. Because The Van was only for one day, The fact that I was charged for two days is Robbery and is Unethical. I will never do business a company who Does not hold true to honest business.

Trucks suspension needs to be checked out. Extremely unstable even empty. Passenger side mirror is loose and needed to be adjusted constantly on the trip.

My understanding the truck had a hydraulic lift in the back and not a ramp. I was charged 29,75 $ EZ gas sales after I was certain to return the truck at or slightly above the gas level when I picked it up.

No gas in the truck they put some in from gas canister from lawnmower shop had to rush to gas station and pay more than I should have to make sure I didn't get stranded, didn't have my 2 dozen blankets I reserved. The funny thing is I called and spoke to Michelle at 8:15 am the same morning of pick up and she stated that they had everything I needed. Not good.
