I have no suggestions everything was just fine can't remember the gentlemen's name but he was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

There needs to be more visable signage in front of the store
Gary TCommunication is not good. Went in to pick up my uhual. Everything went smoothly, no issues.. signed no contract or papers whatsoever. Picked up my uhual around 5:15pm and was scheduled a return time of 10:30am. Upon picking up my uhual I am given a number to contact in case I need the uhual longer. 8:18am I called the number provided to me that I will need an extension for another 2hrs or so. Lady I spoke to said it was fine it was no issue to extend as long as I bring the uhual back by 4pm as there was another uhual reservation and if I went passed 4pm I will be charged an additional day. Uhual was dropped off at 12:26pm Dropping off uhual: received no keys, no contract, no paper to sign , no walk thru of uhual, I was told he was busy to just leave the uhual keys and receipt will be emailed to me. I was charged an additional day upon looking at my receipt the following day. Called the number once again that was given to me to question my receipt and now I was told because I extended I'm automatically charged another day. Waiting on someone to call me back to correct this lack of communication as I am upset that nobody seems to know what they're doing and just giving me a run around! This is my second bad experience with uhual and it is frustrating and a huge inconvenience during a time of moving.
Leeann WMy pickup location was changed to this location the night before we were to pick up a truck and appliance dolly. This site didn't open until 10 am instead of 9 am at the original location putting us on already short time even shorter. The truck was fine however there was no appliance dolly as requested. The person running this location told us to call someone else about. He informed us he didn't work for u-haul. He gave us another number and we got about the same response from them. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

John DUpfront billing. Have reliable rentals. Issue some credit for customers with relevant issues. No military discounts offered. During my last rental with Penske, they wee less expensive had better customer service and offered me a military discount. Had I found one with them, I would have used them. I will plan better next time. Penske, I will be back!

stanley gI never got my receipt to know how much I was charge. They sent a blank on the email attachment. The uhual was smelly and had trash and questionable mess in it.had to make a trip back to get the dolly that I rented because it wasn't in it. The worker was wonderful, he was amazing and kind

Felix jI called for a reservation however when I came there was no reservation due to it being canceled. I was told by the worker it was for one day and not the day I called. Fortunately someone from spid uhaul found me one. I was coming 1 hour away, I was pretty pissed
Marissa RLocal representative could be better informed about all the contract stuff. Some of the stuff on the rental agreement gave me questions the local guy could not answer. Such as, information on how to operate the equipment. Yes, I read the online stuff, but there was very little in the way of actual instruction on operation of the truck. Nice guy, but without much in the way of instructional backup.
Brian OI did not realize that my info was not entered correctly so ran into a problem when tried to contact customer service. , Also the back lights did not work out us in a safety hazard.The CC rep did not check the U-Haul with us to ensure everything was correct including milage.
