It's to high to rent a u haul. Then they charge you for every mile you go. Wtf.plus if u fill it up u still got to pay the miles. Never again.

Joe KI was wrongfully for "soft move coverage" which I declined during my online reservation. I reserved packing blankets but those were not provided at the time of pickup. I could have arranged for blankets from somewhere else If I was told ahead of time. My furniture was damaged due to lack of appropriate packing blankets.

Charlotte RMy return time for truck was at 9:49am and the drop off location didnt open till 10am so they charged me $20.00. What should I have done, played the late return fee or drop off at time I was instructed to. No win situation for me.

She was obviously upset because the systems were down and instead of saying hello and explaining we walked in and right away she says "we can't take your payment" and states we have to do everything on our own online that we should have gotten an email. This was a horrible experience she was in a hurry to lock up and leave!!!!! I have used Uhal for all my moves and have never had an issue and I understand it's not her fault the systems were down but she could have been nice about it not rude as hell!!!!!
Juan GThe directions for remote pick up were not very clear. The video used different terminology than the app. Ex. The lock code was "READ" but the directions called it something completely unexpected (other than 'lock code' or 'combination'). The app was extremely sluggish. I had to close and reopen to advance to the next step. Good idea, needs work.

But…the website need's to be more clear about online reserving/renting of storage units. If we had known that we had to speak to someone in the office before entering our unit, we would've used another company. It was important that we had access on the day of (Sunday)

tony gBrandon was great! I requested a 1 person crew and 2 hours, but Brandon was able to go above and beyond with helping! We were able to load all the furniture and unload it within a hour! I was extremely grateful for Brandon's guidance on how to help lift the furniture. First time I've used a moving service definitely will become my main choice and will recommend to friends! Isaac LNobody was at the store on a normal work day when I was scheduled to pick up the truck. I called the number on the door but nobody answered. A week later the store called asking where the keys were despite the fact that I never received them.

rene lPlease keep the availability of the rental items available at each location up to date. I requested to rent an appliance dolly and upon arrival I was informed they did not have any. As I absolutely needed one for my move and my move needed to occur that day, this was incredibly inconvenient and challenging.

Also the App i filled out was very confusing as to what to do when picking up the truck before the store opened. All around the app was nonsense!!!
