They wanted to charge for Insurance last minute. We never agreed to this on the phone when I called to reserve a truck. I was told to bring it back fill tank,even though they gave it to me with less gas. Once I finished using the truck they assigned me a location that suppose be close to me, but it wasn't it was far away and on top that place was closed!!! They sent me another one close to me and finally dropped it off. I feel you guys were trying to add mileage to my truck so I would pay more!!! I'll never rent Uhaul ever!!!!DANIEL S.

There was some mud and a spill in the truck but nothing gross. The outside was clean. They didn't have a dolly which could've potentially been a big problem, luckily this it was not. It would be good to know these things BEFORE picking up the vehicle. The pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. Friendly. Quick service. Van ran well. All in all a good experience. I reserved a trailer and was told to pick it up at a certain location. Once I was enroute to the location I called to verify that they had the equipment on-site. They did not have one on site and they directed me to another location. Once enroute to the 2nd location I called to verify. The number I was given for the 2nd location was a call center who placed me on hold and confirmed that the 2nd location did not have the equipment onsite either. I was then given a 3rd location (which was nowhere near the area I was in or going. I then called the number that I was given for the 3rd location. Again the number I was given was to a call center who then tried two different numbers to the location and never spoke to anyone at the actual location. I spent over an hour on hold and drove over 40 miles looking for a the trailer that I reserved. I am not impressed with Uhaul's inability to find the equipment that I reserve at a convenient location nor the run around to now find it. I am also angered that I was given multiple phone numbers that all ended up at a call center. When customers call a specific Uhaul location, they want to speak to some one at that specific location, not a call center. I'm incredibly frustrated with Uhaul and may not rent from you again. I would rather pay more with another company.RUSSELL M.

I received multiple locations from uhaul to drop off the vehicle, so it was very confusing when dropping it off.CHRISTOPHER B.
The gentleman who helped me was very nice. He took me out to the van and showed me the inside. It was very clean and was just perfect for my move. I would return here each and every time I need a U-Haul product/service. The office was nice and clean and had a warm inviting feeling. Excellent store, excellent service. The first location I was sent too. Couldn't rent us the trailer because his computer was updating for 8hr on a Saturday. And the area field manger wasn't returning his calls to help him with the problem. And the traffic person answering in the San Antonio traffics office was not willing to help me find another trailer to rent â€œ because she had her own problems!â€ As she told me! And I should just wait for hours for the computer to fix itself! Because there was only one trailer in the whole city available!! This is very unprofessional and is not a very good way to treat a customer and the Independent dealers! Took me over two and a half hours to rent the trailer because of the time wasted on the phone being bounced from the 800 line to the 24/7 line to the Corpus Christi traffic office and then too the San Antonio traffic office just to be told to wait all day for the system to fix itself!!! But the Move It self storage was great and we were in and out in ten mins!!Wayne B.
Easy to return uhaul truck. Only downside was that the truck had a leak from the roof and our sofa, etc got wet. Hopefully after it dries, it will be good as new.DAVEN S.

I had a reservation for a location in Cibolo. The truck was not there for mechanical reasons so I was delayed wh I'll e they regrouped to find me a truck. I was called the morning of my move to inform me the size uhaul I reserved was unavailable at that location and to travel to another. Unwilling to drive to another location I said I would take what they had. Arriving they informed me they did have the larger size available and not sure why I was informed differently. I had also reserved the appliance dolly which I was told was unavailable. Later finding out in was in the truck the whole time. The system was incredibly slow and delayed the process incredibly. I reserved early and checked in online to prevent the delay the morning of but was pointless considering the facts.Heather G.
Terrible experience twice in a row and unfulfilled promises ; my voucher had an error NOT my fault and To be given a vehicle with no good headlights which extended our haul and got pulled over because of it! Then the last one had a bad tire and we returned Ed it immediately only to be charged for a uhaul we couldn't use. To make matters worse we get â€œoh it's out of our hands we can't do anythingâ€ perhaps when I sue you guys you will do something! I've already contacted my lawyer!RIO H.

I am not sure it was the location. The person working there was nice. I traveled to Waco and thought it would be cheaper to bring the truck back. It just doubled the cost. I asked to change it to one way and they refused (having a hold on my credit card). So just beware, I think the owners and uHaul are suspect. If you have any other option I would take it.James A.

Apparently they never looked at any of our identification or our credit card used to pay for service. They had both first and last name spelled incorrectly on all of our paperwork. It's a good thing we didn't get stopped for any reason, They had Dawn and not Don which should have been obvious since Dawn is a woman's name.Donald W.
