Location was great. Very friendly and professional. However, the National U-Haul customer service is useless and does not care for its customers safety but value their equipment more than the safety of its customers.

William MAC went out on 100 degree weather and in top of that they charge 0,99 cents a mile. Make sure AC works in the rental and offer discounts depending on how far customers need to go.

JOHN GThey did a last minute change to this location, which did not have the furniture dolly available that I had previously rented. I had to go and buy one at a nearby store.
Oscar Ldid not receive the equipment I rented nor did I get a call back when I called the office should be compensated for the missing equipment and the extra time it took to complete the process since we didn’t have the equipment we were requested.

Felix GEverytime I went to the office to drop it off at the correct time and place, they said they were "open" hours on the door and Google were correct but the door was always "locked". There's a sign on the door that says to call a certain number.... Nobody every picks it up! I had to make several different trips to the drop off location trying to return the damn thing
Denver MUse coupler locking pins for the trailers. It is an added measure of safety. I had to use my own. Uhaul did not provide one with the trailer

ORLANDO RThis was not the original location that I selected to return the trailer during the reservation process. That location refused the trailer because they stated that they were full and redirected me to this location. This location stated that I had to backup the trailer into a rather tight spot in order to return the trailer. If I couldn't do that then they were refusing the trailer as well. Putting a customer's skills to challenging situations should not be a condition of returning equipment. I will secondly think of other alternatives before I rent from UHaul in the future.
Gilpatrick SPlease have the vehicle or item, that is reserved in advance, actually available. I waited nearly 45 minutes on a reserved vehicle that wasn't even there before a replacement was actually offered while several empty vehicles sat outside.

Jacob MThe truck had a really bad odor of rotten corps. The attendant knew about it but still rented the truck to me.
Enrique RI made a reservation at a location and was on a strict timeline and the office I was scheduled to pickup from, was closed. There posted store hours said they would be opened online and on the store door but management put up a sign saying they were closed and to call the 800 number for assistance. We tried to get a hold of someone quick as we could see the truck parked up front but no way to get in or to get the keys. The help u had had to get back to work so that hour wasted made my move much more stressful than it needed to be. On top of it all I was quoted $33 and was charged $60 for the used of the truck. I am so dissatisfied I will be sure to leave a review online where others can be warned of just how reliant this service is.
