Everything perfect and people super nice!
Marco MI drove 18 miles, when I arrived back I was told to go and fill it up. It took 7,8 gallons. I paid more for gas than the actual rental itself. Going 18 miles TOTAL. He told me I filled it too full. Absolutely will not rent a Uhaul. I averaged 2,3 miles per gallon.

Hector GAttendant was very helpful and friendly. i suggest to remind customers who book a truck more than 1 week in advance, to call back 2-3 days before pick up to ensure UHAUL reserved the truck. I booked mine in advance and received a confirmation email, but day before my pick up, i was told my name did not appear and my truck was rented out from under me. i had to wait an extra hour before getting truck on the road. doesn't sound like a long wait, but it delayed the day's overall schedule to arrive at destination in another city.

Joy BOverall process was really good. Only struggle I had was online check in system kept non-responding so I had to refresh many times. It was also annoying to have to enter in another person for UHaul to contact while I was trying to check in on my phone. Truck, instructions, everything else was very positive. Recommending to my son in law when he moves in June

When I arrived at original pick up reservation location, Tri M Storage 2, 4500 Mustang Rd, Alvin, TX 77511, the person at the desk could not find my reservation number. The person then made a second reservation to pick up the size truck I needed from the Pearland location.

Robert COwner was very helpful and a joy to work with. I'm sorry to say I have rented from you in the past and had equipment that should never have been allowed to be rented out and in dire need of service. This time equipment was spot on ready to go and thoroughly checked over. This man knows how to do his job and treat his customers. 5 stars isn't high enough of a rating for him.

Micheal RTwo locations were fine. The location on County Road 129 was awesome. Plenty of space to park. Some locations are very busy and it is difficult to get in and out of the lot.

Scott RThere is no clear parking spot for the 26' truck we were returning to this location. It was awkward and we had to call and get verification that where we parked the truck along the side of the small driveway was acceptable, which made me extremely nervous. I was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to figure it out. I do not recommend this location.

Jonathan PThe drivers side door of the 10 foot truck I used was a little difficult to close properly. Someone may want to see about improving the closing mechanism.
Roger BThe woman who checked the truck back in didn't seem to know how to read the gas gauge and initially reported it incorrectly, which would have cost us quite a bit in extra fees. I explained it to her and she corrected it.

Samuel PTruck had a leak and our stuff got soaked. Mattress absorbed most of it but the boxes on the ground were wet and the stuff had to be dried.
