Silvia T.Mario Cuevas was awesome! He hitched up the trailer onto the Uhaul. He explained points of importance when rehitching the trailer, which were very helpful. I was nervous towing a trailer and he gave me his business card so if I had any problems to give him a call. Mr Cuevas called us the next day to make sure all going well. Exceptional service...5 stars!! Linda

gordon B.This location closes early on a Friday afternoon, why? Wasn't easy to find because Apple Maps was trying to send me to the back of the location behind a locked fence. The uhaul.com/share url for returning the vehicle didn't line up with this locations drop off setup. I marked “not applicable†in the “Drop Off†section because the location was closed so I have no way of knowing the answers to these questions.

JUAN Y.Check in took too long. The strap ratchets needed lubrication. Didn't appreciate the insinuation of theft and the lie that the dolly contained a tracking device. Despite issues, the dolly is reliable and safe; would rent again.
SERVANDO L.I have video of the cargo area with dirt and glass when I picked up the Uhaul. I had to clean the cargo area prior to placing boxes. The gas tank had only 25 miles to empty, got a picture with date and time.

MARTIN R.The property manager, Mario, was beyond helpful! He made our renting of two units such a breeze. He was so kind and helpful in my needs for units. We rented a U-haul truck and he took the time to show us the features and made himself available if anything was needed. Even when a few customers were in line waiting to be tended he remained calm, collected and never made us feel rushed. I highly recommend this storage property!
SABRINA V.the man working there was extremely RUDE and a total jerk.U-haul called me and told me that my drop off location had closed down and to take the truck to any location and this guy at first refused to take it with out an extremely high charge and I had 2 (two) empty water bottles in the cab of the truck and he went ballistic for me not cleaning the truckalso the blankets( 5)were dirty and not folded..another charge that I was not told at rental.he also charged me for 7 extra days when I only had 5 extra days..I was scared to argue with him because he was very intimidating he was dressed an all leather biker garb even wearing his biker gang vest and was really mean and intimidating to me..I dont think I feel comfortable using uhaul again even though the truck was awesome and very comfortable for the 600 mile trip
