It is common place these days for merchants in the goods and services industry to impress upon their Employees the importance of greeting Customers with a welcome when they arrive. That’s a good start but it rings a little hollow if everything thereafter leaves you wondering if you have other options. I called a local number to reserve a truck and got a confirmation email for that reservation. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have the truck I reserved and started trying to find me another one somewhere else. In the end it turned out ok but surely the reservation systems you have could flag reservations when they can’t be met. I find it a little misleading to advertise a 20’ truck when that includes the “moms attic” space. The way it is portrayed makes you think it is extra space not part of the 20”. I would have reserved a bigger truck had I known better. The mileage out number in the paperwork was 38 Miles less than was on the odometer and I didn’t notice it until I got a mile away at my house. I called and spoke with the person who handled the transaction. They were very helpful and put notes in the record to reflect the discrepancy. The practice of using space to strap rental devices inside the storage compartment left me with no choice but to break the seal on the dolly which I didn’t need and I assume causes me to incur a rental charge. I had a refrigerator that I could not get into the last bit of space I because of the dolly and the bag with moving blankets installed on the wall. I can imagine the difficulty of managing the expectations of people already stressing the burdens of moving so I don’t want to be too critical but that’s is the business you are in. Proprietor was not very knowledgeable about rental. Think I knew more than she did although she was very friendly and pleasant. Couldn't explain why rental was $20 more than I had originally seen online. Truck was clean and well maintained.

the manager was the roving manager for the day, Faye was not in I had left a gift card in the truck and she ran me down just to get it back to me as quick as possible. Up and beyond the call of duty thanks for the special effort! very efficient
