After hours pick up was a terrible experience. I might not book from this location or UHAUL again because of this experience. I will try to find time to make an official complaint. The process to pick up after hours is ridiculous and there should be a CLEAR warning that it will take a LONG time and await verification of (employer !!?) I ended loosing money because of the delay!

Luis OThe truck had a check engine light on. When the store attendant called U-Haul, U-Haul told her for me to drive to another location to have the truck checked. After driving to another location, there was a lot of confusion by the workers at how to help me. The truck was not serviceable but the second location did not have the same truck to rent me. There seemed to be no process for them to replace the truck I had rented because I had picked it up at a different location. They did eventually find a larger truck and figure out how to change me reservation. It was not an easy process and was quite time consuming. While I did receive a truck, it was larger than I needed and so used more fuel and was more inconvenient on a long drive.

Vinay BWe had issues with how fuel is displayed in the vehicle and the front desk was not helpful in addressing the situation. The vehicle didn't show correct fuel amount when starting, during and immediatle After refueling. The fuel pointer moved to correct full amount only after driving a mile or so. So we ended up adding 4,5 gallons to bring the pointer to 7/8 as noted in the contract but drove 11 miles only per the odometer. Either the vehicle is extremely inefficient or the fuel indicator is malfunctioning - both of them make the vehicle not suitable for rent. Though friendly, the front desk lady brushed aside our concerns completely and asked us to chill and take it as a learning, which made us realize it's a way for them to make money fraudulently for them at the cost of the customer. And she said if we brought anything less than 7/8 she would have charged extra for fuel. So DO NOT RECOMMEND renting here. If renting be extremely cautious about fuel levels and other terms.

Amber TI would recommend this location for a rental to family and friends but I would definitely let them know that it is overpriced. The truck that I rented was $19 a day but never in a million years realized it would be almost $200 for very few miles and there is no way to dispute the mileage or the price per mile. The truck was clean, the people were great to work with but the price was absorbent..
Elizabeth HI chose this location because it was close to me and provided counter service on the dates needed. unfortunately, the office was closed, I needed to use the app, and it was missing furniture pads (which I was charged for).

Damesha CWhile the location is fantastic and I do business with them for self storage, this particular truck was AWFUL. The box on the truck had a cooking oil spill from the previous renter and with movers hired and no other trucks available, it was this truck or nothing, so I took it. I've spent 2 days cleaning cooking oil that got on every single piece of furniture we moved. Obviously not an ideal experience. The truck itself had barely functioning A/C in the 105-100 Texas heat and had a check engine light on and sounded like the transmission was going to die at any moment when it downshifted. Again, the place I rented it from is ABSOLUTELY top notch and I recommend them to friends/family. The overall experience for this truck was AWFUL…

ERIC CMake sure to give the customer what they rent, in my case i order a appliance dolly and i get the utility dolly then they tell me to go to another facility to get the dolly thing that i didn't do. About my truck i ask for 20' truck and i have to drive 22 miles to get the truck and 22 more to bring the truck back so is 44 miles more that i have to pay.

That did not happen and after being billed for 600 for wrong location drop off I called and was given a number to fix it. This is not on me to correct. U-Haul messed up and uhaul should fix it?!!! Never using you all again

Katlynn provided us with great accommodations regarding storage specially in a short notice. Additionally, we received outstanding assistance when a bill was showed charges for a different unit. The problem was quickly discovered and resolved. Thanks to the whole awesome team. We definitely recommend this U-Haul wholeheartedly
