CESAR CMichael was helpful with completing the contract and also hitching the trailer. The trailer was in good shape and was sufficient for the furniture we moved. The drop off was easy as the location had plenty of parking spaces to leave the trailer.

Ruben GI don't know if I would or not. I reserved my truck for this location and received a call to pick it up at a different location. I did as I was instructed. The other location told me to return it to them. However, I received 3 calls from this location wanting me to return the truck to them. As a customer, I should not have to deal with the inter-agency competition or whatever it was and feel confusion or pressure during a time that is difficult enough as it is.
