make sure the windshield is clean - the only thing that we found wrong was the dirty windshield. The woman that checked us in was great - we had a great check in experience and had fun while waiting for the paperwork to be complete.

Don't add the dolly it reduces the back loading space and it forces you to remove and add a charge. I selected that I didn't need tools when doing my reservation. Those items are added to fish for extra charges. I was not happy at all

Everyone who works there should have the same rules. When we checked out, we were told bring it back on due date before closing. We came back early and the clerk wanted to charge us an extra day. After we'd waited over an hour for him to return from lunch.

The U-Haul 26†truck was not cleaned in the back cargo area. There was trash and used water bottles thrown thru-out. The inside Cab area was even worse with empty food wrappers and dog hair on the dash, on the passenger door and console. The windows obviously had not been cleaned as the passenger area had dog snout smudges. The A/C stopped working on the last day of travel in 80-90 degree temperatures.
