The truck was clean, the tank was full and the A/C worked. I was on my way in just a few minutes. Great place to rent from with nice people.

Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent from this location again!
KODY WUhaul told me to return at this location as my original return location has some issues. I asked if I could return after hours, Uhaul personal told me that it will be no problem to return after hours. I cleaned the truck fully after unloading and then dropped of the truck at 6:00 am. They processed it at 2:00 PM and charge me $20 for after hour and then $25 for cleaning. Instead of compensating me for accommodating there issue, they are charging me extra on top of whole days extra charge of $40
FAISAL SI booked online one day before and conformed pickup the car at the location next day 9am. But U-Haul called me at 8am and I missed the call. When I arrived the location at 9am, I found the missed call and a text massage that I cannot pickup the car by myself, the pickup time has been rescheduled to 10am, must waiting for the store open and pickup by assistant. I have to wait until 10am, but the store still no one there. I called the customer service and wait for 10 minutes, one people in the store opened the door, looked that just waked up. After I went back to return the car at 2:30pm, there still no one in the store. The location working hour at Sat is 10am-5pm.
Houming QWe were told at pickup that we could drop the trailer at any U-Haul location, however, when we arrived at drop off we were told we were assigned a different drop off location and had to call and get permission to drop it at our preferred choice, which took some convincing. This all needed to be explained properly when we picked up the trailer.
TY TPickup location was closed so I had to call in to have my reservation converted to self pickup. Then I had to call back because the person who converted my reservation set it for 11pm instead of 11am. After all that, I finally got the keys then had to figure out how to get the truck out since it was parallel parked between a light pole and another uhaul truck parked closely behind it.
Milton Gthe truck was very Old, taking a Lot of gas for a little trip. Every thing in the truck was Old and sticky . I would advice you to get a New truck if possible. Customer service was excellent. Thanks for helping us .
Aliya kThey charged me way more than they said it would be…they charged 3 separate amounts. Also, the truck's door didn't work and was stuck half way open so I had to bend down under the door to load it and had to drive with it open so I went 20 mph with my emergency lights so nothing would fall out. The interior smelled so bad and the cup holders and door handles were full of nasty water. Worst experience EVER!!!
Besie LI went to pick up my rental & I had to wait at the door for over 20 minutes before someone arrived. No signage about the employee leaving or how to contact someone if something was needed. The weather strip was pulled off of the passenger door & laying in the passenger seat. The speedometer was showing 50 MPH but my wife said hers was showing 35 while she followed me. I had multiple people honk their horns while they passed me & flipping me off. The truck was very difficult to control as the steering is terrible. When I went to drop the truck back off at the location the employee was not there again, he finally showed up from somewhere & refused to open the front door for me. I knocked until he finally gave up & opened the door. I told him about all of the issues & his response was oh ok. I will drive to a different location or wait until a truck is available somewhere else before I go here again, I would highly advise not to use this location.
Kyle WI was charged a fuel surcharge (which I disputed and received a refund) stating that my fuel was not at the level as when I picked up. I returned the truck with the fuel more than what it was when I picked up because I fueled up at the closest gas station before returning. Very dishonest. I shouldn't have to call to dispute the fuel surcharge.

robert jDid not have the appliance dolly I needed and had to go to home depot to rent it. Was done with the truck and came back @ 2pm to return it and the door was locked. Nobody at the location to return the truck and equipment rented, Had to call the 800 number to get authority to just take pictures of my mileage and the truck itself and throw the keys inside the mail slot. Very disappointed and time consuming after I was done.

Douglas EI was charged 36 dollars for gas when I made sure o filled it up even though it wasn't filled when I got the truck. The guy checking the van back in looked at the mileages and didn't pay attention that the truck was filled and therefore I was charged even though I filled the truck. This is ridiculous. I am a honest hard working woman and I do not believe in getting over on people and slacking on my job. Consider it a early Christmas gift because God knows the truth and will bless me.

KEVIN SI have rented from this location twice. The people are always professional and courteus. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they also include a few moving blankets and a furniture dolly at no extra charge. When a family member or I need to move in the future, this will always be my go to store!

NATHAN SThis location was supposed to be open until 3:00PM, when I arrived at about 2:15 I met the manager or owner as he was pulling out of the parking lot. He very rudely told me they were closed and that I could not drop the trailer there. I informed him that this was the location I was sent to and he looked and was not very happy but consented to letting me drop the trailer off. I put the trailer in the location where I was told and looked around to see if he was going to come help me unhitch and he was gone. I unhitched that very heavy RV trailer by myself. Between leaving 45 minutes before their scheduled closing time being very rude and not providing the normally expected unhitching assistance, this was a very unprofessional experience.

Robert MCustomer service. Scheduled to pick up trailer at 9:00am. Arrived and no one in office. Manager came from behind building and said employee should be there in ten to fifteen minutes. Had to wait. When we returned trailer, no one was at the office. We left trailer beside building and took pictures. When I called office on Monday manager said employee was on premises, just not in office. Kit a way to run a business if no one is there to help customer.

Richard HWe booked a furniture dolly with our reservation. Come to find out when we picked up the rental they didn't have any because of that my family had to heavy lifting. Better communication would have avoid that issue.

MARCUS MDo not tell your customers that they can keep the van an extra 2 days at "no charge" because your scheduled return time is after closing on a Saturday and you're not open on Sundays. I was told since I wasn't due to return the van until 3:15 pm on Saturday and since you would be closed until Monday, as long as I had it returned before Monday morning. Then when I returned it, I was charged for the extra 2 days (even though technically it was only 1 extra day). I feel that I should be reimbursed since I was told incorrectly. Otherwise I would not have kept the van the extra time .

shane rReplace the Truck with a newer model. The one I drove had 137k miles on it and it beat me half to death. I seriously think this truck caused injury to my shoulders with the amount of bouncing the truck did. You could not use the mirrors because the truck was bouncing so hard. Once weight was added, it was about 30 % better but still beat the heck out of you!!! Was not happy with the Truck, however the facility was nice and clean. The young lady who helped me was awesome! Was not too happy about having to pay 4 times the amount on gas because I returned it more than half full, but I did not want to spend another second in that truck!
Timothy TTruck was not running properly and A/C went out 10 minutes into trip. Customer service said NO partial refund because did not stop on side of road and call. What a joke! I have used uhaul for over 35 years. NEVER AGAIN!
