Thor GYour return instructions were horrible. I couldn't get online with uhaul for over 45 mins. I sat in a dark parking lot alone trying to return my rental. I'll never use uhaul again.

Simeon WI had also reserved a utility dolly with the uhaul and when I pick up the uhaul, the front desk lady told me that they didn't have any and to go to other locations to go one. The first place I went didn't have one. I had wasted time and gas in the uhaul to try and find one.
