Just a store front location on the other side of the city, nowhere near where I requested when I made the reservation. I went to my local dealer to get a lock for this truck and he had two on the same truck on his lot! Had to cross highway on foot to get my truck. Awful!

Truck was not in the designated lot. Instead was parked across a very busy street. Took a few minutes to figure out.

Staff were hidden in an interior room I had to search out. Went outside to check me in, that was good. Then had me take trailer across highway to park. Would not help me unhitch: “he doesn't do it that wayâ€. Told me to park up a slight curb which wedged the hitch onto the ball making it almost impossible to remove.

Persons were not present at location when i picked up trailer. I wasted one hour trying to connect trailer without their guidance. Owner was not professional over phone and told me to 'keep trying'.
