Worst Uhaul location I've ever utilized in my life. Customer service was subpar. Worst experience. Vehicle brakes screeched horribly, had to press extremely hard to get vehicle to make a complete stop, even at a reasonalce speed. The Uhaul office to call after hours was the worst as well. Not helpful and kept on hold longer then necessary. I'd give negative zero stars if possible.Latrice J.

The gentleman at Mr. Auto Finance was a few minutes late getting to work and I could tell he was a short on patience because of that. However Courtney from the Copperfield location was incredible. I wanted to book a car hauler to pickup a vehicle (1951 Ford F1) that I've wanted to buy since I was a kid. I explained that I already had a reservation scheduled to pick up at 9am. However I was not aware other locations opened as early as 7am. She let me know the did not have a trailer and as I was getting ready to hang up she stopped me and let me know she could help and even if I couldn't get a trailer from her location she would do her best to get me on the road earlier than 9am. I shared that I had a 3,5 hour drive to pick up the truck and it was really important to me that I make it back before my kid was released from school. She must have checked 5 or 6 locations until she found me a car hauler and ultimately helped get me on the road by 8am so I could be home and share this moment with my 8 year old son. She is an incredible representative for your company and should be praised as such. I manager the largest use car dealer in the city of Houston and I understand that you can be present for every situation that will arise. Having her on your team should give you a sigh of relief that she is taking card of customers at this level when no one is watching.Cleveland L.

The customer service was excellent and very friendly staff. The truvk cab could have been cleaner. There was sticky food all over the dash and cup holder area and trash on the floor board and under the seats. The service office was incredibly dirty and run down. I would use this location again because of convenience and the staff, but I don't know that I'd recommend it to friends because of its office presentation and the dirty truck.Erin T.
When i did the process i submitted my international driver license, then at the location the person in charge decided to not admit the document arguin that it was expired. Absurd, the license is good. He probably confused the expedition date with the expiration date. So we need to start a 1 hour process by phone to put the rental under mi daugthers local license.Carlos A.

I am so pleased of the services of the guy in-charge. I've been coming back and forth (fourth time, pun intended) because of the excellent rapport and the straight forward business sense. The office is cramped but good enough for 2 to 3 customers. Maybe it's time to have a better receiving office although we are in Texas, say let's get used to the heat. Kudos!Pantaleon P.

The guy that was in the I don't know his name but he is on the bigger side, he was very inpatient and seemed to be irritated because I came a few hours later than my scheduled time but I rented the truck for 24 hours anyways he said he called me and I didn't answer but I had no missed call. One guy told me I could park my car in the gate and the guy in the office said I couldn't and that I needed to move my car, ok that's fine, then when we went outside he once again told me to move my car as I was looking foe my uhaul truck, then he SAID IT AGAIN, at this point I'm irritated and told him to give me a second, my car wasn't in the way or hurting anyone. Nobody was there. Then I told him I can bring the truck back later today and he made it seem like it wasn't an option but had a whole key box there to clearly drop off the key after hours. Absolutely gave me no option, so my mom told me that he is lying and I can. So I called back and spoke to someone different and he gave me the code to open the gate and how to drop off the truck with no problem. It seemed to me that the bigger guy in the office is very lazy and doesn't want to do his job, he Had an ATTITUDE and seemed so irritated from the jump and HONESTLY IT'S MULTIPLE UHAULS IN HOUSTON AREA, I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS LACATION, SUCH TRASH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Temperance E.

Our reservation included a furniture dolly. The store had one, but didn't want to give it because it was the only one left. Store (or UHaul) had plenty of time to warn us about this, instead they waited until we came to store to pick up what we reserved. Very dissapointing. Within all the stress and moving, we had to spend time for looking for a dolly, and we had to buy it.william S.
This location was only a lot to drop off. The gate was locked with a code n you had to call the number posted on the fence to get the code. This info should be avail when choosing a location. I would not have chosen it if I knew.Donnella J.

Customer service was lacking. The representative was short and rude. Also I was told the additional equipment that I reserved was not available and no discount was offered. Have the manager not try to rip people off. He complained about the gas level when what was on the paper he printed out was above the actual fuel in the tank. Then he tried to say I caused damaged to the truck when I had pictures showing the damage was already there. If I didn't have the pictures I would be paying for something I didn't do. I rented a Cargo Van and needed to use a credit card for the estimated charges of $124. When I returned the vehicle I expected to just pay the difference of the actual charges of $158. I was told that I had to pay the $158, and the original estimate charge would drop off. How long will it take for the estimate charge to be returned? When I initially picked up the trailer, took it home, and finished loading it, I realized there was no license plate on the trailer. The initial response from the local location was to simply use the trailer anyhow. I also contacted the national customer service telephone line. After waiting for an hour to talk to someone, nobody really had any idea what to do. I was bounced from Customer Service to Reservations (additional hold time). Reservations couldn't help, so they transferred me to Roadside Assistance (additional hold time). Ultimately the local office contacted me and let me exchange the trailer for another one with license plates. Problem solved, but I did have to unload the original trailer then reload the new one.Matthew C.
