My reservation was made at Stonestreet location.The young lady who made my reservation was helpful and pleasant. when I came to pick up my truck that was reserved ,the truck was not available. We came in, we felt like we were bothering Mariah the owner. She did not greet us. No smile. we interrupted her lunch and she made no effort to let us know we were bothering her. The truck was unavailable. She didn't apologize but told us we would have to go to another location. This location was convenient to where we were moving furniture. The location we were sent to was 20-30 minutes away. It was not clean and didn't even look like a UHaul location. However the personnel was much friendlier and more helpful than Mariah. It took more gas and it took much longer than expected to return. I am not at all happy with the Stonestreet UHaul. If this is the way all customers are treated, I can see failure in the future. I won't be going back there.

David bLocation was not open when we were scheduled to pick up. There were half a dozen people working out of the Mr.Goodtech all smoke Marijuana or cigarettes. The uhaul app would never accept that we were at the correct location so it took us 40 minutes to pick up the truck.

Yunior CThe location I was recommended to turn-in at had closed by the time I got to Louisville, so I had to find another location that was still open. I found Mr. Goodtech online and went there completely unscheduled. The location doubles as an automobile repair shop and the parking lot was full of older cars, so I wasn't optimistic upon arrival. The staff, however, was very friendly and processed my return quickly. They shuffled a couple cars in the lot to make room for my trailer and were very helpful throughout the entire turn-in process. I will definitely be renting from this location for my return trip.

JOHN CWindshield wipers did not work. Truck smelled like Marijuana. I used the app. First pickup did not have the truck. I call uhaul who set me up with Second pickup. Second pick up had the truck and helped me. Second pick was a great guy..

Jacob WAll employees should tell the customer the same information no matter what state they are in! I was told I'd get a partial refund for turning the truck in a day and a half early plus I was under the mileage by 42 miles and plus a deposit and I didn't get any refund! I'm so upset! I drove one way from Louisville Kentucky to Bloomington Illinois abt 300 miles one way trip and I'm disappointed in the company over being down this way! I've made this same trip the same way at least 4-6 times in the last 10 years and it's never costed me this much through UHaul! I usually only pay about $350-$370 plus gas! I only had the truck for abt 20-22 hours! SMH :( :( :(
Tara GI would say that you need to give us some money back a little bit more than what you gave us on the time you had us pick it up at nine and he didn’t open up until 10 but I brought the truck back at three and I would rather you know seeing some appreciation about it or something out of this Just have management need to be a little better at the facility
Michele JThis was second location I HAD TO GO TO. fIRST WAS A MOM AND POP GROCERY THAT COULD NOT ACCEPT 26 FT TRUCK. THEY SENT ME TO 2700 DIXIE HWY. NOT MUCH BETTER SMALL CAR REPAIR SHOP. THEY DID TAKE TRUCK BUT AFTER 20 MINUTTES OF PHONE CALL AND WEB REQUESTS FROM UHAUL. DO NOT TURN IN 26 FT TRUCKS TO SMALL BUSINESSES. jERRY bABIN
Jerry BThe staff was very kind and quick with service. I did the return through my app so I cannot speak to that. My frustrations lie with U-haul in general. I made the reservation at a different location and upon arrival was told the vehicle wasn't available, but they could offer a more costly option. The staff at the original location offered to call around and found this one. However, it was farther away from my starting location and much farther from my destination. I selected the original pick up spot based on location since I have to pay mileage. Not to mention the delays cost me more money in staffing because the change in location delays took about 2 hours, so I was paying people to wait on equipment to arrive. I have another vehicle reserved next month and I'm leery, wondering if I will have the equipment and what the cost will actually be.

Judith WThe owner of Mr. Good tech was great! The process was easy and the truck we wanted was available. Uhaul, however, should update the information on their site about this location; this place does not open until 10am. If you have an earlier appointment, you will most likely not get the truck until opening time. We were lucky and the owner was there at 9am and helped us out. Five stars to him!

JAMES SMy issue was with U haul. By phone I was given a time & location. Then given a different one via text. Originally told I could pick up van at 8am, then it was changed to 8:30, then 9. The pick up location didn't even open until 10am. What a mess and waste of time.

JESSICA SThe inside of the building was dirty, hot and infested with flies. I ordered an appliance dolly and when I got there they told me someone else hasn't brought it back it. Went to drop off during business hours and no one was there.
Mercedes HThat location was terrifying. I just figured I'd be picking up my UHAUL from a corporate UHAUL location. The website just defaulted to the closest one. When I pulled up, I wanted to turn around, but I wasn't sure if I'd be charged for the truck reservation so I went in anyway. It was truly scary in there. No overhead lighting. It reeked of drugs. A big portion of the room had all this broken weird stuff and old food. Every surface was disgusting and sticky. I was half sure the location was a front for luring in and robbing people. The employee that checked me out gave me the truck keys was super nice and friendly! I just don't think a location that sketchy should be renting out UHAULs to people. I really did feel I was unknowingly kind of lured into a dangerous situation I was not comfortable with.
