Pickup and drop off were quick and easy. The only hitch was that the app couldn't detect my location during drop off, which is no fault of this location.

I'm totally unsatisfied with my bill I was overcharged they charged me $10 or more for a tire repair I only used it for 6 miles they charged me $16 for 4 gallons of fuel when I already had put the fuel in it it was a big rip off and a mistake I will never trust the U-Haul again they messed up the whole damn deal I was only supposed to pay $39 and put back the fuel I did everything I did and my bill came from so almost a hundred bucks and I even took it back early under 12 hours instead of the 24 I'm totally unsatisfied with this U-Haul business they should return some of my money it was supposed to be a $29 rental and it turned out to be over 70 some dollars they only gave me that $26 out of my deposit and I'm going to let everybody know not to deal with any of the U-Hauls

I was made to stand outside during the transaction pickup and drop off. The staff was on the phone regarding the other business there while I stood outside again. Customer service was awful. I will never go there again.

Equipment was not ready when I arrived took over an hour to get the trailer hooked up to the rental truck. I had to help get the trailer ready only one of the three employees would help so I had to help. When I got the car got the car trailer the tie down straps were not the corrects for the trailer for stranded 18 in factory wheels, this should have never happened! The rental place did not have the proper straps. I would like a refund on the rental.

Customer service was terrible had to go to two different locations one to pick up the truck and bother over a mile away to pick up the appliance dolly . Even after I set up the pick up online and said everything was available . I will not be returning to either location as the attendants were sleeping and high / stoned . The experience was very un comfortable . And unprofessional . Would not recommend anyone ever go to the locations at 3340 Division Ave S Grand Rapids Michigan and 2844 Eastern Ave S Grand Rapids Michigan

I like the way you helped working with me. I loss the track of time because I was in emergency and you called me to let me know what time it was. Not knowing what had happened but you worked with me being late picking up the truck. I Thank you for your understanding.

the location was extremely casual; a cluttered desk in a carwash; the equipment was booked entirely by cellphone and ultimately i had to use my cell to complete the transaction; the attendant was helpful but provided minimal explanation; otherwise the rental went smoothly

Gas mileage was off and constantly in the red for best mpg …so I wound up putting more gas than I had to in just to get it back to the original gas level. Will not be using this location ever again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in uhaul

I am deeply dissatisfied. When I arrived just before my pickup time at 8am, I was greeted by a man, not even an employee by his own admission, who yelled to a worker "UHaul!" The employee came out clearly groggy, like he had just gotten out of bed. He called another guy to let him know that I was there to pick up a rental. He arrived a few minutes later with Big Gulp in hand and hurriedly got online and completed the order with me. He told me the gas gauge was at 7/8 and asked me to estimate the miles I would drive. I told him 30, and he told me my final bill would be more or less depending on my actual mileage driven. After I received the keys, I got in the cab of the truck and checked the gas gauge. It was around 1/2. I took a photo and uploaded it with my inspection. I did not check the trailer until I got to my residence, but when I opened it, I found it absolutely filthy with residue on the floor, dirt, debris, and litter. I had to clean it in order to load my belongings for transport! I used the truck without a hitch during the day and more than replaced the gas I used during the day, but when I returned the truck around 5 p.m., the man who had completed my order checked truck data online and claimed that I had not returned it with the same gas level! Even though I had uploaded a photo of the gas gauge with my inspection, he claimed that he gave it to me at 7/8 full. I had to produce the photo that I had taken again! He then told me that the gps said I had driven 48 miles, when my close calculation of 2,2 miles from the pickup location to my residence, two round trips of 11 miles to and from my storage unit (22 miles, and a return trip to drop off the truck (2,2 miles max) equals 26,4 miles, far less than what was claimed. He told me he had no control over the gps meter, that it was measured and determined by a "main office" and that I would have to dispute it on my bill which I intend to do. If UHaul considers this an acceptable customer experience, then know that it is highly unlikely that I will ever do business with UHaul again unless there are some significant concessions provided for this miserable experience. And furthermore, Mrs. Bubbles has absolutely no business providing this service at their location.

Gave us insurance we didn't ask for. I left MORE fuel in the truck than what was in it when I picked it up and they charged me for gas….saying it was significantly lower. Text them pictures of gas gage before and after and still to response or refund!

This location has been charging illegally my bank card after 14 days I returned the U-Haul truck. The manager is rude n use people credit card information after contract was closed.

Make it a non smoking room and an easier to find entrance. No one should have to stand and wait in a smoke filled room where people are smoking and I walked around the building trying to find an entrance. Finally knocked on a garage door and they opened it up. The gentlemen that signed me in was very nice and helpful

As per Uhaul's general practice, the employee hooked up the trailer. They hooked it up incorrectly, and the trailer popped off the hitch and through the tailgate of the truck. Accidents happen, and I will revisit this review if the situation gets resolved fairly.

My experience at the pick up location was not what I had hoped for - the truck we used was late and not ready to use at our time of pick up. However I would like to thank Chris at Mr Bubbles Csar Wash for his effort to get us on the rode as soon as he could.

Windshield weather stripping was damaged when picked up. The agent gave no indication that we should take pictures of the truck before we drove it. There was no indication given that we had to meet someone at a certain time. Very unprofessional.

Not sure why uhaul made budget cuts on deciding to shorten the ramp on the 26ft truck. It made the ramp more steep and really put a strain on our hips. We are in our 50's and made it a lot harder on us. A lot more sore then normal due to the steeper ramp.
