silva dI really had to go this location due to the trailer I was looking was on this location, they did not help me hooking, they did not explain about how to return after hours with the app, I had to figure out and go this location twice at night to take pictures back. The owners are in their business so don't care about rentals
Camilo MYour sign in process was horrible for us. We got there and we were required to give two contacts that you then had to call. Whoever we were on contact with was slow. We were there for 35 min when the owner of the store came and checked us out himself. Your prices were great and the truck clean. Your check out process was so bad I would take that into consideration before I'd do it again.

David KThe location was clean but congested. We delivered it on a Sunday, so there was no personnel present and we used the remote drop box. It is a gas station on a tight lot and without much parking on the lot. The lot was full of other U-Haul vehicle. My only option was to park the truck in front of one of the gas station bays, blocking at least on vehicle from exiting. This sort of forces the customer to do something they would not normally do and was a bit stressful. We also had trouble getting the u-Haul check in app on the iPhone to work. We we came home, I check in using the phone number for u-haul.

Kenrick MWe did an after hours drop off at the location so we didn't enter the business. We had trouble doing the check-in via the web after multiple attempts so the business did complete the check-in when it reopened w/o an additional charge.

George TINSIDE TRUCK WAS DIRTY AND THE CAB AREA FLOOR WAS DIRTY. wHEN I CLEANED IT OUT FOR DROP OFF I FOUND THE CONTRACT AND OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THE PREVIOUS RENTER. i PUT 23 GALLONS OF GAS IN FOR A 160 MILE TRIP. THE LOCATION I GOT THE TOWE DOLLY WAS GREAT.
Joe LI was never given any paperwork or sent any via email. I also turned down the added insurance because I had my own full coverage and the uhaul operator would not take it off prior to giving me the uhaul. She stated I would have to call and ask uhaul customer service to take it off. I have used uhaul several time and was always asked not told I had to take insurance and deal with it later. Not good customer service.
Glynease JRequested equipment such as dollys and blankets were not in our uhaul upon pick up. We were charged for them anyways and then charged another fee when we returned the truck for those items not being there. I was very disappointed with the extra charges and the lack of needed equipment for our move.

Titus DU Haul sister is down and sending me the wrong images with wrong charges....! I had to call customer service and they make me wait for more that one hour 45 minutes on line....! That's not at good at all...! Otherwise from where l rent the truck was a good service. The only problem is with U Haul sistem was or is down....!

Jonathan FThe gentleman at the drop off location did not listen to what I had to say about the rental. He told us we were over mileage, which we were not and he would not listen to my explanation. I had to call U-Haul myself and be placed on hold forever to speak to someone. U-Haul did resolve the issue after they called him and spoke to him.
Micah SI rent a car dolly from Harrisonburg va to pa and drop off in Harrisonburg but my truck broke down so I get a towing truck to back home and I almost pay $800 for tow my truck and the dolly so I call costumer service try to ask them to help me to refund the payment and they said ok we will refund the payment and after 15 minutes somebody call me and said we can’t
Riyadh AI was charged $18 for a fuel fee charge, but I returned the vehicle with the exact amount I started with, 7/8 of a tank. The guy at the return end marked it as 3/4.

Kishia TThey shared my concern and couldn't believe that they wouldn't give give me the equipment i requested and confirmed the person at pickup did not update the towels in system to the corrected amount. Also said the $12 per toll that the man at pickup stated said sounded like a scam.

Richard CPick up and drop off was quick and they were very friendly. The truck was clean. The only issue with it was the tire pressure light was on . Also I was talked ( kinda guilt tripped) into paying for "safe move" that I had declined when making my reservation.
Nathan BJust wish could have used it. We had about 45 minutes because the roll up door was froze shut and we couldn't get it open. It was so cold that the ice wouldn't have melted.
Mary CI picked up the truck on a day that the service center was closed and neither of the dollies I paid for were with the truck. No one to talk to and had to end up calling Uhaul.com for help. My only option was to rent them and pick them up somewhere else. I was told to wait till today to see if my money is returned for the first rentals because they couldn't get ahold of anyone. The moving pads in the back of the truck were soaked and we were unable to use. Worst experience ever with Uhaul.

Phillip HTruck was 7/8th full of gas, but this 'gas station' had none for sale. Printer was an ancient ink jet which did not work, so they could not provide a printed copy of some paperwork.
