The drop off is on a busy road, it was impossible to back the trailer in without blocking traffic.

The sales clerk was an hour late getting us out keys. Then he used profanity at my fiance (ON OUR WEDDING DAY)!!!!!!! He said " We should be more Fucking organized" and gave the middle finger. Then I got a call from a U-Haul representative and said that I would be arrested for vehicle theft if I hung up the phone. All the while I was trying on my wedding suit and already an hour late because of the asshole from earlier. So I stayed on the line for 35 minutes trying to give them a picture of my license. But the damn U-Haul website was not working and kept making me do it over and over and over and over 4 times. Til he said just text it to his private number. Then when it was it finally done he had the audacity say "Have a nice day". Really they made me late, threatened me verbally, used profanity at me , and then threatened me with being arrested. I am never using this service again.

Location is pour, but if you do with your phone that does not matter, you don’t have to speak with any one.

The gentleman was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He was efficient completing the transaction and hooking up the trailer to my truck. However, I was overcharged for a used 4-way flat wire adapter and the interior of the trailer was damaged (side wall rubber guard partially ripped from the wall.

20 minutes late and 25 miles till empty. Right off the bat I had to put $110 in it

however, what I didn't appreciate was the information I was first sent had me go to a different dhal store 19 miles out of my way which I agreed to go to because that's where I was supposed to go the first time. when I got there I found out find out I had to go to Easton Pennsylvania to pick up the car dolly. When the first store had 2 dollies on their property and after all that Mickey Mouse BS it cost me about an hour of my time and fuel. the car I had to pick up was less than a mile away from the first U-Haul dealer I went to. so now I'm driving just about 40 miles to go pick up the car dolly 19 miles each way. why does uhal have to give people the run around?

The renter was more than courteous. Very friendly. Next time I need to rent something, I'll be calling this place.

This location was not the one we selected, but assigned to us by UHaul since it was a one-way rental and when contacted the phone was disconnected then went to the location an location was closed. So it is USELESS!!!!! Thankfully for the GM Jason Quick of the Easton Central location and the AFM Collin Hanson they went above and beyond to correct this issue. As for the Easton PA Scheduler she was useless and was no help in trying to resolve our issue and we had to deal with her on two separate calls and neither times was helpful and only added to our frustration. In the future I may consider other truck rental options based on this experience.

Was not open at appointment time . Did not have dollys or furniture blankes or furniture movers. Didn't open till 2 hrs after appointment time so came out of my way twice. Had to go to another uhaul for moving equipment and I rented the dolly furniture mover and blankets only received the furniture mover and blankets and was never reimbursed for the dolly which I paid for and did not receive.

Used on line reservations and pickup process. No one was at the location to hand over the keys. When someone showed up to give us the keys, he was not aware of our rental. We were there with in his business's posted hours. Would not recommend due to inconsistent service.

"Mike" was extremely rude. I was there in the office waiting for over 30 minutes before anyone came in and when he finally came in the office he asked if anyone helped me then acted extremely annoyed that he had to help me. His face red, mad the whole time.. rude the entire time I was there. Extremely uncomfortable..I will not go there again.

young man was busy in the back kissing on his girlfriend and had us wait quite some time. he was also rude to the person picking up the truck. did not include the ordered dolly so it was a pretty difficult move without

Wrong key was in the lockbox. But after going inside we were able to resolve the issue quickly.

Mark at M T Performance was very nice. Worked hard to complete the contract and explain how to maneuver the trailer. Recomend this location for other uhaul equipment to others.

When I called to see if they could help me when I was stuck in the middle of the road with an unhitched auto tow they had no one to send, which is fine but I then sat for 4 hours waiting for someone to come help. The person who finally did come was very helpful. When I went to drop off at this location, there was very little parking available which made it difficult to park a truck and auto tow. I wish there had been information available online letting us know that after hours drop off was available but that parking is very limited.

I dropped the truck off around 8:30 am but the location was not open yet. Even though the hours on line indicated open at 8am. Very limited parking space for trucks. Especially a 26 foot truck. I was charged for an extra day of rental. Please reverse the charges on my credit card.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Then we were given a trailer full of 4 inches of snow.

I was directed to pick up the car trailer at one site and come to find out it wasn't there they told me it was at another site just a little too much running around for me wasted time and gas

I reserved a truck for the Bath location, not this one, and my reservation was changed the next day as Bath suddenly didn't have availability. This location was 20 miles out of my way when compared to the bath location. To top it off, I returned the truck 12 hours early with no credit, and when I did so all 6 gas stations in the area were closed! So I then had to drive an additional 18 miles to Bath and back just to fill up the tank. I've used Uhaul for many many moves and have never had a problem. But the convenience of this location is very poor and my bill was $40 higher than it would have been had my original reservation been honored.

I was extremely disappointed in uhaul. The location I had to pick up truck was 25 miles away. I requested the truck in my city or the next over. The did nothing to compensate miles and I had to pay for going over mileage. So I dropped off in my town and paid the extra $40 on top of extra mileage if I would have dropped it off where they wanted it would have cost even more with mileage. Next move will definitely look elsewhere. What I thought was costing roughly $140ended up being about $300

This place was a complete waist of my time. The owner was completely unprossional from the first time I talked to him on the phone to verify my contract. He over charged me $10 and didn't have my hand truck there that I requested and said he would give me the appliance hand truck because it was the same price. Well I got charged more for that. He was so unprofessional the whole time I was there slamming doors to walking away from me at times. Completely clueless and so unorganized that I waisted 45 minutes of my day. I requested a pick up time for 8 and I couldn't pick up to 930am because that's when his store opened. Completely unexceptable because I paid $50 to guarantee a truck when I had to drive 8 miles out of my way to go get it. Don't waist anyone's time going here. I'll never be back. And I'm so glad I had a one way trip because I wasn't driving that truck back even if I paid someone to return it for me.

The location was closed by the time I dropped off the trailer. On a side note, the weight of the trailer tongue created a rather difficult situation when attempting to disengage from the truck hitch. Perhaps the addition of a wheeled tongue jack would make it easier for customers to separate the trailer from the vehicle's hitch.

I dont know how you choose where to return the equipment but we had to drive all over to find the return location and in the process passed 2 Uhaul centers....we were late with our return but since we had problems with the gas gauge our late fee was waived, still not very happy.
