The owner and his daughter were both so helpful, kind, and had a sense of humor even during the busiest time of the day. Truly seemed like genuine and nice people. If I'm ever in need of a uhaul I'll definitely be returning to this location. On top of the truck help, their store is packed with all things hardware and more. Very upset with the rental agent. When we rented, we explained that we were awaiting a closing date and would need it anywhere from 3 days to we weren't sure. We asked if we could rent it 3 days and extend if needed, and were told we could rent it for 5 days, then extend, and if we did not need it that long, we would receive a credit for any unused days. When I questioned it, he said it would appear as a credit back on our charge card. Then when we returned it, we were told he put it as a one way rental and there would be no refund, as U-Haul does not refund. We would never have agreed to rent it for more than the 3 days if we knew this. Your agent assured us it was in our best interest do do it this way (we didn't get any discounts) and never mentioned a one way rental. He even suggested we drop it near where the house was as it did not matter. Then it all changed. It appears as if this was all designed to cost us a lot of money we can't really afford to lose when it was unnecessary if he had done what we wanted in the first place. We deserve that refund as he misrepresented the entire transaction.Robert S.

We had a problem opening the gas tank to refill it. At the gas station, I had a AAA driver come to check it and he couldn't open it, as a result, I was charged 18 $for gas that could have cost me 6 $. I drove the truck 22 milesMICHAEL D.

The inside of the truck was filled with dirt and only used a 10 foot truck for one hour exactly and got charged 58 $when I was told it was 20 $JERMAN N.

I had a complaint about my bill they told me that I had returned my truck 2 Days Later that was a lie I returned it the same night I took it out how about around 6 a little after 6 I'd say put the key in the Dropbox I waited for my bill didn't get it till two days later they charge me for having a truck for 2 days then I called reported it and let them know the guy refund it some of the money well long story short there was supposed to refund me my money back some of it my bank statement says they never gave me back my money they just charged me put full price please someone contact me or a refund me the money that I'm old and if anything can y'all check the cameras out this location because I came in that evening like I said talk the truck and left the keys they're telling me my gas wasn't full and the truck was 2 days late please let me know sincerely Cindy NorthupCINDY N.

The location owner was lovely and I will most certainly go back to this neighborhood hardware store. The van I rented smelled terribly of smoke which I reported when I returned. Because I reported it in the online check in, I was charged a cleaning fee. Within moments of me submitting my feedback on the website, I got an email from customer service and the fee was removed. Even though the van was not clean, UHaul and the location provided great customer service. I would definitely use the service again.Cheryl A.

Online checking in must be observed. I had reserved 2 days before pick up & checked in day of pick up. When I arrived my reservation (according to employee) was not confirmed & someone who had just arrived & requested a van on the spot was given my rental because she arrived 2 seconds before I did & was being processed at that time. I had to wait for someone else to arrive to get the rental! This defeats the entire reservation & check in process! Very upset!Luz P.

There was a furniture dolly on my invoice that I did not order, that was credited. I was supposed to get 12 moving pads, they were not in the truck at pickup time. That was removed from the invoice. This truck was filthy in the cargo area, and the cab was filthy also. All the high touch areas had to be sprayed with cleaner / disinfectant before I could use the truck. The cleaning cloths were black when I was done. I don't expect these rentals to be hospital clean, but this was ridiculous.Kenneth P.
