PEDRO WI had reserved a truck for Monday morning at 8am. Arrived at 7:56am. Waited until 8:15.. Numerous phone calls were made to try to contact the business but to no avail. Finally got through on the phone and the attendant shows up at 8:25. She couldn't get the keys out of the lock box and called someone for help. Finally got the box opened, finished the paperwork and we were on our way at 8:48am. The truck was fine with no issues. Returned the truck at 10:00pm. I kept the key so I could return it in person to receive a printed copy of my receipt, and to have her avoid fighting with the lock box again. I Arrived at the business at 8:05. Nobody there. I called and i believe I woke her up. She said that she would be at the office in a few minutes. Sh showed up, asked me to move the truck over closer to the road, then asked me to go sit in my car while she prepared my receipt. I was charged for 3 extra miles and also 3 gallons of gas at an outrageous price per gallon. I fuelled it up the night before and put the gas needle where it was when I picked it up the previous morning. Nothing was done to compensate the extra time I wasted trying to get the truck and trying to return it. Poor business sense. Not impressed by the whole experience. Based on what I went through, I don't think I would deal at this Location again. Disgruntled customer, Wayne
Wayne PThe young lady working was very gracious and helpful. She guided us through the drop off process and even helped guide us when backing the truck into the correct area. I would recommend this location for drop off anytime.
GARAH CI can't comment on the personnel because there was no one there when we dropped off the truck. Because it was after hours, but this location is the closest to me and it was easy to get to.

Dean JSmall shop. Have opposite tool to remove trailer so we had to lift by hand and some of us have back issues. Please get them a loading lifting tool

Patricia MDue to no fault of the MuggsUggs folks this was a terrible experience for pickup. Their location happens to be in a rural area which is fine, but Uhaul should provide them with a WAP so customers can get internet access to use the app. It took nearly an hour to upload all the necessary photos to use the app. Jasmine from the online help center was quick to try and help (kiddos to her; she needs a BONUS!!!) but the limited cell access near MuggsUggs location made it a laborious process!
Alex RDid not have blankets requested even after confirmed multiple times, had to go to second location. Did not know or could not reimburse for short fall in blankets. Had to go to second location to get location without directions and confirmation from scheduling on where location was, got lost. Tire strap fell off vehicle on driver side.

Audrey BThe lady at MuggsUggs towing was very nice and helpful. When we arrived, our truck was ready and the tow for the car was attached and she explained everything to us. She was very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone in that area to rent from them.
Kenneth BOk so I would buy a metal culvert pipe install it and then cover the front area with fill and put down some crushed stone.
