David MMy 1st location to drop off was out of business so I had to look around and found Mulch and More. They were very helpful. You need to update your system if a location is closed.
Richard LAccuracy in what is in the fuel tank. Took a picture of fuel gauge it showed 1/4 of a tank. Contract showed 3/8. Charged for fuel that I didn't use.
Carlos ATruck shut off when driving. Charged me another 25 and costs way to much

Mark EThey do not do anything besides get the key is what I was told. My uhaul didn't get checked in for days bc no one knew how To do is. I had to call uhaul customer service. two different times to get it done. The drop off location gave me someone's number named mike I never got a call back still. So it's Monday and I returned my truck Thursday at 530 pm. And still waiting on my deposit, also, the online check in wouldn't work, my truck wasn't showing up under my account.
