Picking up the UHaul was the most stressful part of my move. Since I could only pick up at night, I would have assumed the lock box would be well lit but it wasn't. It took me a while to even find it. The lock was jammed and I was convinced I had the wrong code. I panicked thinking I wasn't going to be able to get the UHaul for my move. After finally getting through to customer service after about 40 minutes, the representative was very helpful and gave us some pointers which basically was to jiggle the lock hard enough since it was clearly old and rusted. Such an unneeded added stress in an already stressful time.

Wasn't sure if this was a rental center…no signs to speak of…windows were tinted, you couldn't see in and when knocking on the window…you only heard a dog bark. Strange. When returning, complete darkness. Had to use my cell phone flashlight to navigate to the door and do the night drop off with UHaul.com/share…in total darkness. Very strange. Would not recommend and would never return to this location ever again. Horrible experience. Felt very unsafe.

Dmitry G.The uhaul was dirty upon pick up... there was a dirty sock and garbage in the cab of the truck! The dolly and furniture pads were not in the truck as promised. We used the after hours mobile pick up which was easy until we noticed the equipment wasn't in the truck and we called and waited 40 minutes on hold for assistance.

Annette F.No fault of the location or the lady I was dealing with. The online check in did not work. It says save time check in online. Bullshit it didn't work even the lady on-site did not know why it was not working. I'm not a person who does not know how to use electronics or the internet.
John C.The location was fine. the issue was with the reservation through U-Haul. We were switched locations from what we originally reserved and then when we went to that pick-up location, they didn't even have what we reserved. Why would you switch to a place that didn't even have the truck we reserved? Thanks to the property owner, we were able to get in touch with the local person in charge of U-Haul and he made it right...changed us to a van, which worked out okay. However, shouldn't be that way. Not an ideal way to start. The van worked great and subsequent drop-off very easy. Just didn't like the inconsistency with the reservation process.
