No fault of the location or the lady I was dealing with. The online check in did not work. It says save time check in online. Bullshit it didn't work even the lady on-site did not know why it was not working. I'm not a person who does not know how to use electronics or the internet.

The location was fine. the issue was with the reservation through U-Haul. We were switched locations from what we originally reserved and then when we went to that pick-up location, they didn't even have what we reserved. Why would you switch to a place that didn't even have the truck we reserved? Thanks to the property owner, we were able to get in touch with the local person in charge of U-Haul and he made it right...changed us to a van, which worked out okay. However, shouldn't be that way. Not an ideal way to start. The van worked great and subsequent drop-off very easy. Just didn't like the inconsistency with the reservation process.

Check-in and check-out took longer than the move

The people that checked me in and checked me out had no idea what they were doing. Both the check in and check out took 30 minutes. The staff needs better training. If I didn't need the truck today I would have left.
