I places order for 8am, location didn't open until 10. Was charged for a dolly and it was not in truck
Man in back office told me he has an agreement with U-Haul but he does taxes and it's his busy season and h didn't have time to waste on this. Truck was dirty as the pictures that I submitted show. I was being charged for gas that was not in unit even tho I returned with more gas than I should have. I want to get that reimbursed since U-Haul was quick to tax me
Great Customer Service! I was able to rent a Uhual with just 30 min notice. That was so great for our unexpected need to rent a Uhual Truck! Thanks again!

The person who assisted me with my rental added the insurance to my rental without my consent. Once I received the receipt it had an additional $28 charge for SafeMove. I did not authorize this. This amount doubled my bill and I am pretty upset about it.
Gas amount was not accurate, should be more clear how much gas is actually needed to return without charge
I rented 2 more days and he was closed by his drop off box is visible and park it where i pick great guy i wish they were more like his locattion .

check-in process was not great, owner of location kept saying that he didn't have time to check me in and that i should've done it online (which I did) but it didn't give me a code for the lock box to pick up the key, so overall not a welcoming experience. he also only has one truck

I was asked for a "friend's name and phone number" because i tried to use the uhaul app to pickup my truck. You guys really need to reconsider whether asking a 50+ y/o woman to provide a friend's name. It's none of your goddamned business whether or not i have friends nor who they are. Will do my best to never rent from you again due to this invasive and insulting rental hoop.
This is an EXCELLENT location. The proprietor is very friendly and makes getting the truck and returning it very simple. I would recommend to anyone in the area. Great service!
as a promover this location is the closes to my home. this place may pop up as a after hours( but opens in business hours opens close sunday, great service. one man show .friendly 5 stars for his effort.
Although I'm used to actual U-haul locations, this place was blocks away from my storage unit. And even though I was given a different vehicle from what I reserved, it worked out to my advantage. I will rent from this location again.

Easiest truck rental/Nothing. The owner, Gustavo provided professional but personal service. I was even able to leave my car on his lot which is a first in my truck rental experience.

Next time you quote a customer, feel free to follow through with that price!!!! Make sure you don't forget to mention that they are supposed to fill up the tank before the return it!!! Also, make sure the truck is actually filled up before you hand it off to the next customer and then expect them to fill it up. I will never be using U-Haul again!!
I was given the wrong truck. My invoice was billed for a different truck. I had to wait about an hour and 10 minutes for me to get the truck since no arrangement was made for me to self pick up the truck. I am being billed for the wrong milagro b cause I only used for 5 miles. I was also going to b compensated $50 because of the waiting and I haven't s seen it.
The owner was great. Truck was great and good on gas.
Notwithstanding the claim of 24-hour drop off, the facilities gate was locked with no mailbox to drop off the keys. As a result, I had to call u-haul four times and lose an hour of my day troubleshooting a seemingly simple matter.
The representative was rude and gave me incorrect information that cost me time and money.
I rented the truck 10/22 at 2. I filled the gas to the appropriate amount and returned the truck on 10/22 at 4:30. On Monday 10/24 I receive a call saying that I apparently still have the truck which I don't. I fix that issue, now I see they are charging me a $17 fuel charge. The amount of gas they said was left was nowhere near where I know I left it. Please have a representative call me to fix this. This wil most likely be the last time I use uhaul
