Attendant was persistent at trying to give us a trailer that was too small. It wasn't the one listed on the receipt. We were hauling a car & he wanted to give us a utility trailer not the dual axle one we needed.

This u haul closed trailer leaked pretty bad and with the rain we had on Saturday March 9th. Damaged a lot of my belongings with water damage and grit and dirt from the trailer being quite dirty on the outside. The person on the phone I booked it with was awesome though. Just unfortunate the trailer leaked and caused water damage to my things.

John O'RourkeThe guy didn't seem interested. His system was down so I had to sit in my truck and call U-haul to sort out my booking. When I returned the trailer on the same day he didn't come out to look at it and just told me that I was 'good to go'. I was charged for the one day rental and then a few days later charged for what looks like a 5 day rental. I am still trying to resolve this with you. If he had have returned the trailer as I'm sure he's supposed to I wouldn't be having this problem. Steve
Steve SpiersShowed up for reservation pick up. Knew my name but couldn't process reservation, took 1 hour and 15 minutes before I got out of there. Dropped off next day but they didn't book it in returned even though I went in to say I was dropping off trailer. Took over 2 weeks to resolve that issue. Don't know how it could have gone any worse !!
shane woodIndividual seemed disinterested in acknowledging the return and simply pointed to where the trailer needed to be dropped. When I asked for a receipt to confirm the drop-off, he indicated it wasn't necessary (so I took several photos of the trailer in front of the drop-off to ensure I had some form of proof). Three days later I received a call from U-Haul wondering if I had completed the drop-off or if I was still using the trailer. I don't know how the internal processes work but it shouldn't take that long for the return depot to flag a vehicle as having been returned.
Bob BlackburnI fortunately had the tools with me to adjust towing chains and tie down safety chains. Keep this in mind. I also brought extra tie downs. Went very smoothly other than that.

Robert KoschewskiReturned the truck to the location texted to me by U-Haul. Was told upon arrival that the location was wrong (and 3+ hours away). Was told to call U-Haul to correct. Called U-Haul and was told that the department was closed until the morning but that notes had been added to the account to explain the issues until I could call back the next morning. Called back the next morning and made the change. Was still charged for an extra day of coverage and rental. The vehicle was returned 15 hours before it was due. Still waiting on a response from U-Haul. Overall terrible experience from booking to returning and wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone.
Ryan ShearerThey needs to be trained by uhaul because as I'm regular customer of uhaul and I've been using so many locations to rent the trailer but this location they are unbelievable first they ask me $10 for just to hookup the trailer then after the guy said over there it's just a pick and drop location and we don't make any money that's why we don't help then after hooking up my trailer he didn't checks my chain or my lights basically he just left like he don't care so overall uhaul shiul shut down this location for good .I would never recommend this location to any one.
Syed AbsarI was told there were no car dollys along my travel route so was forced to go an hour out of my way to get one. The people at the pick up location were excellent and very helpful. The equipment did it's intended job. At the time of drop off the only location I was given was 45 minutes away. So I drove past several uhaul locations to drop the car dolly. When I arrived, there was another car dolly sitting in the parking lot. I could have saved time and gas if I was told about the car dolly in utterson when I asked for the car dolly closest to Huntsville or Lindsay.

Graeme HowardThe truck was totally useless. I rented it because I had a days work moving and towing things. I wasn't able to accomplish any of these tasks because the very warn all season tires weren't even close to being up to the task. We got 2 inches of snow and I could go anywhere. I had to wait hours for snow to melt and even then it was a terrifying experience to drive. I could pull a trailer at all or it would just spin the tires. Please have winter tires installed in the future if you're renting trucks in Canada during winter. I will be seeking a refund as I could have gotten the same amount accomplished with my car and not had spinning tires all day. Sean Coyle
Sean CoyleThe staff at the site did not help me hook up the trailer or check if the trailer break and signal lights were working. They did not check the trailer after i returned it and did not note on your system that is was returned. I returned the trailer one day early and did not help me with an attempt to be reimbursed for the day that I did not use it.

Justin Lawsonthe staff was extremely unprofessional. they were rude and unhelpful. we also had to go to a different pickup location then we booked and were told that we would receive a refund for 100$ but that never happened.
MaryEllen RogersI had issues with being sent over 2 hour drive to pickup the trailer. When I tried to call the scheduling department , after a 15-20 minute hold time I got hung up on 3 times in a row very frustrated and upsetting.

Neil PurvesTook a long time to get it and gas was at 3/4 ?? When my driver put gas in he filled it assuming it had been full. Which cost me about $50 extra?! Will i be reimbursed for this?
Loreena WatsonI went to the location as instructed, parked the trailer and truck as instructed, but there was no drop box, and the store attendant refused to take the keys to the truck. He sais the location was not open, despite there being multiple trailers in the parking lot???!??! He told me to call U-haul. Since I had already done the checkpout I could not go to another location. I wish I would have been able to. I had to call the 866 number on the contract and a very helpful agent checked everything and confirmed I was at the right location, then eventually asked to speak to the stotre attendant. She convinced him to take the keys after she repeatedly told him he did not have to do anything else but keep the keys, and he agreed. This took 40 minutes away from our day and was very disapointing event at the end of a very long trip. I should have had the choice to take the return to another location, or at least be provided with a choice of closer locations to drop off the truck. This unhelpful location was 30 minutes away from my destination, as well as 20 miles away, and there was a location 12 minutes awaay, and another 20 minttes away. Then this unhelpful person was just the cherry on the cake. I should be offered some rebate off my rental for this aggrevation.
