The assistance manager needs to listen more and speak less. I needed some assistance he was eager to assist but he did not take the time to fully listen to what was asked of him. Please train everyone fully on the mobile app of picking up the rental. I received a phone call about the pick up but the truck was not fully rented out.
NATASHA S.The location wasn't bad, I didn't like the fact that when I brought up my valid concern of bugs (roaches) being in the truck, it was questioned as though I had a reason to lie about it. He stated that he loaded a dolly which took every bit of seconds and we noticed after our first load and took a break and they started coming out of the wall. It had nothing to do with anyone personally. Obviously the person before had bugs.

Alexander R.It's usually helpful to have a space to park your vehicle when you're renting a uhaul truck for a few hours. Unlike other locations, this location doesn't allow park your vehicle even when they have enough parking spaces in front of the facility. The options available is for you to have someone drive you there to pick up the truck or park on other property where you have the tendency to be towed.
Kingsley O.I would give it negative stars if I could. The truck was dirty, parts of the cab were broken and taped back together. I waited for almost 40 minutes to be able to pick up the truck. Saw the sign that read “do not leave truck/keys here after hours, take to alternate location†so I did, then got yelled at by Steve at 9 in the morning while at work, for following the directions on the sign. Got threatened with an additional $400 charge and was completely disrespected. All in all DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Just go somewhere else. You will have less hassle.

roberto R.I booked the rental online because we were moving some chairs. I did not add the Safemove given this was a quick trip only 15 miles away. My husband picked up the rental. When we rec'd the final invoice it included a charge for Safemove, so I called the store. I told him that I did the booking online and intentionally did not add Safemove. The person (male) advised that my husband added the Safemove. My husband says he didn't change it…doesn't even know what that is so. I told the person that they had conflicting information. He immediately became very defensive and aggressive. He raised his voice and told me that he “don't have to lie…this is being recorded.†I told him that no one was using the word “lie†because that is a strong and ugly accusation. I also asked if he could calm down, but he wasn't having it. This man was rude and very unprofessional. He has no customer service skills. I cannot imagine ever speaking to one of my clients in that manner. My husband does not speak to me in the manner in which this man did. There was no resolution. I told him he was unprofessional and ended the call. My husband and son witnessed the entire call which was on speakerphone.
DENNIS C.Don't book me for a truck that's not available. Your web logistic system is terrible. I paid for a 20 foot truck online and when I went to the location they said they hadn't had a 20 foot truck in several weeks. While the location is good, your online reservation system stinks! And when I called customer service, it was completely unhelpful. I will try Ryder trucks next time.
Aiquin N.More warning that the original location did not have the vehicle. And warning there are no blankets available even though ordered. This was the second location. I did not realize when booking it changed to an alternative. I did not find out until going to the pflugerville location. But they did move my reservation to a later time. Was already a,stressful day. Once sorted out eveything went smoothly
DAMIAN A.The lady in Austin mentioned that we could return the UHaul at any UHaul place and when we arrived in our new city, we went to a two other UHaul places in League City, TX who would not accept our return. We finally got to our third at Xtreme Bedliners in Pearland, TX and they accepted the return. Please don't say that any UHaul will accept a return if they don't.

Linda M.I went one day to get boxes, the door was locked and had too wait to be let in and then waited again while the guy was on the phone. I went a second day for more boxes at 2:30 on a weekday and it was closed with a sign saying they'll reopen at 3:45. Went a third day to pick up the truck at 11:45. I couldn't get the 24/7 pickup to work and then finally a woman came out (bc those location doesn't open until 1) and asked if I was picking up. Then she told me how early i was even though the video for how to use 24/7 says that you can pick up your rental within 1 hour. My pickup time was noon. If this site doesn't offer 24/7 (which she said they don't which is why I was having so much trouble), then WHY are you allowed to select a time outside their hours when they don't allow 24/7?????

Justin C.The cargo area was filthy, as well as the cabin. I rent from Uhaul frequently to transport balloons for my business, and when we took the balloons out of the cargo area they were absolutely covered in dirt and grime. We were shocked as we've never had this much of an issue with the cargo area not being clean upon pickup at other locations. Additionally the cabin floor had a food scattered around the floor and it was obvious the vehicle was not cleaned between the previous renters and us. Very disappointed in my experience at this location.

Gregory D.The entire phone app process was quite frustrating. I should have been notified prior to the pickup time that I would need not one, but two independent contacts for verification who were available at the very moment they were called by an unknown number. I spent more time than I could have predicted trying to sort this out. The number on the truck was not where the app seemed to have described it to be so that took a little time to locate. When I clicked "back" on the phone app, it seemed to delete information that I'd previously added which was very aggravating. I spent time filling out information prior to my pickup day with the intent that I'd bypass the need to repeat it all at the time of pickup but my prior efforts seemed completely futile. When I returned the vehicle, I wanted to go in the shop so as to avoid anything to do with the phone app, but there was no one there despite it being well within business hours. I called the number on the door and they couldn't help me because they represented the storage facilities, not the uhaul rentals, again, quite maddening. I reluctantly pulled up the phone app to figure out how to close out the process that way, when all of a sudden, I saw a staff member inside who promptly took my keys and we had no other exchange or conversation about the rental, what I owed etc.

The office manager when told that this happen said "we don't get many 20 feet trucks and this is only a drop-off" My bill was reconciled incorrectly and the manager at this point will not return my calls.
