When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, the app said to go in to get the key, but no one was there. After getting ahold of U-Haul yo get the combination to the key lock box, the lockbox was empty. After 45 minutes of trying to find the key and also reach the site owners, a gentleman from the neighboring business was able to get ahold of the site owner and gain access to the office where the key was being held. All during business hours while no one was there.

I dropped of my trailer on Friday at one location and my truck on Saturday at another location. Both were outstanding.

After check in I was told to just find a spot to park the trailer. No one assisted me in backing it up into a spot and unhooking it from my vehicle. They were friendly but not real helpful

only issue was we had to pick up at a different location from where we ordered. This was done at the last minute and it was a huge inconvenience and delayed our departure times for move.

I general go to a U-Haul store and rent what I need. This time I let the website send me to an authorized rental location. They did not have me sign any paper work when I picked up the trailer. I was not give me any emergency contact information for U-Haul should I have any trouble with the unit. When I returned the trailer I was not given a receipt or emailed any paper work. I was billed four extra days, I picked up the unit on the 21th and I returned the unit on the 26th and was billed to the 30th
