I recently refilled the gas at the same point where the gas level was originally, yet I noticed an additional fuel charge on my bill. I would appreciate it if you could review and rectify this issue. It seems unfair to be charged for fuel when I've only replaced what was used. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Merci.

Michael SThe truck was swept out, but tracked full of muddy/oily footprints that tracked out into my house. The ramp was not swept off, and full of mud and oil as well. This location was not able to provide the number of blankets I requested.
Charles DI dropped off my vehicle after hours so there wasn't anyone to assist me. However, the location was very neat and clean. The curb appeal of this location was beautiful. Grass cut. Not a lot of cars or marks on the concrete.
Byron GWhat sucked was the low fuel warning was on 15 minutes into my rental. I could not drive with any sense of confidence.

atul rThe online system is easy to use and understand. The salesperson at this location was very hospitable and flexible as we had to get a larger trailer due to the load size. The manager at this site was also this way as he showed us grace as we were a bit past or schedule drop off time. It is very refreshing to see such professionalism and sensibility. I was most appreciative and thankful.

Bill WWe wish that every location gave you a run-through of the vehicle before we took it off the lot. We wish they would have been able to answer any questions about driving or using the vehicle we may have had.
Maxwell LI was charged for 49,7 miles? There was a wreck on I80 and traffic was rerouted from the Alda exit to the Grand Island exit! Also we were moving from Kearney NE to Omaha NE!

Bill WThey were very friendly and the uhaul was clean. But the uhaul drove horrible, it was constantly Revving and had trouble switching gears. It would consistently go over 4rpm before it would switch jerking and making noises.

Jason SAgain the technology was cheap. Received 403 errors from both the Mobil app and the website. Took me 3 different attempts to return the truck. You need to improve this if this is going to be a feature you are going to continue to promote.

Rebecca FYou can actually send me to the correct place!!!!!!!!!!! I have an email from Uhaul directing me to Bennington, NE and the trailer was not there. So after they finally opened up around 9;07 and they looked it up they sent me to another location and I got one there. I had an appointment set up to get a truck aligned and this made the whole thing late, I'm not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RANDOLPH BReserved the trailer from a location 10 miles closer to my home, but was sent this location for pickup. Five minutes before I arrived someone else's credit card was applied to my rental. It took 30 minutes to unravel. People were very nice but the situation for myself and another customer was not great.

Shawn SThe service was slow. I wanted to purchase the items used and said I could but could of at another location.
Britt AThe uhaul process delayed us by one hour. We were sent text where we had to confirm or deny existing markings on the truck. There were so many scratches scuffs dents existing not marked with the x sticker it was ridiculous. I started to photograph and download all the existing damage I could find but then was told system would only take one photo, pretty hard to document all the additonal existing damage. Then because I had already attempted multiple photos the app to document would not download anything and not work. This created anxiety I would be charged for damage I did not do. Thus wasted an hour trying to document condition of truck prior to start and eventually just gave up. Had photos on phone instead. This is frustrating process. If you are going to want to documemt every little scratch on a moving truck then YOU need to go over with a fine tooth comb and actually mark the damage. Not expect the customer to waste time moving day photographing the entire truck to document the damage there not marked. I had photos of at least 20 scratches and scuffs you all had not marked . Did not make for good moving start for sure.

CALEB RUsing the uhaul.com/share site to return a rental us not user friendly at all. I had to call in and the instructions to get it to work were complicated and not provided on the site.
