The location and service was great. The ratchets are rusty and hard to use. They are hard to unlock due to poor condition. Otherwise the trailer is great and in top notch condition.

Don't make any empty promises to the customers. Let them know beforehand that they will not receive any kind of credit if they return the trucks a day early even though the trucks are only used for one day instead of 2 days. The same truck is rented to two different customers and u haul makes twice the money on the same truck if the truck is returned early.

This location was easily accessible , had plenty of parking, very close to a gas station to refill Uhaul for return. The staff were friendly and quickly checked in the equipment. I would recommend this location to a friend . :)

I absolutely love Mrs Carolyn. I had my storage for 4yrs and i didnt live in wharton but she always kept the comm open, very friendly, & persistent on the reminders that the rent was due. I give 

Cab was dirty. Cargo area was wet. Was it hosed out? Driver door hard to close. No walk-around. Listed as open at 8am. Arrived before 10am. Had to call to get someone to open.

The person at the rental place needs to take reminder notes when she tells a customer she's going to do something. That way she might remember.

Service was great. We were driving from Denton and stopped in Wharton to pick up the truck. We didn't get into town until 6 but Carolynn was very nice in staying late to make sure we were taken care of.

I didn't realize how small the 10' truck was (I thought the smallest possible was the 14') and there were no larger trucks available in the whole area, which was frustrating. I also had a hard time filling it with gas. The automatic shut-off on the pump kept going off when I tried to refill the tank (happened at multiple gas stations).

Unit was clean on the inside just fine, but the exterior of the equipment was quite dirty.

The trailer directionals (rear blinker) did not work. After traveling 800 miles without turn signals, I thought the worst was over; until I discovered the inside of the trailer was WET!! Several items in the trailer were damaged. I am currently trying to file a claim with U-Haul.
