Gary TMake sure they exsplane the insurance is per day not a one time charge. We were not told that the price of 16 a day and not a one time fee for length of rental. Also was given 40 miles at day of rental and when we took it back they did not adjust the mileage. They charged the full mileage. When I called to say we needed a extra day or two she (Jennifer) I ask about allow the mileage and she said she would adjust it not to worry about it. When we went to turn it in she was not there so her spouse waited on us and was very rude, so my husband try to tell him we were allowed 40 miles and that Jenifer said she would take care of it and he got a little hostile with us. This ended up costing us 485.00. 185 more dollars more than we exspected. Very disapointed in u-haul rep.

Loren CWell I only signed the contract so my girlfriend and her mom could move bec they had no one else to sign with a license. WRONG CHOICE! They paid for three days, which I wasn't even a part of, all I was involved with was my signature and literally the 3 to 4 mile drive from the U-Haul company to there house where I go out handed her mother the key and went my separate way.. well I was under the false impression that they would do as they were supposed to and return the truck on the date they were supposed to.. again WRONG DECISION on my part for trusting they would.... To make a very long dumb story short fast forward a week or so 0ast the return day, NO RETURN... they still had it with all there things 9n it bec they were now homeless and mind you they also had 7 dogs so they were all in the back of the U-Haul without my knowledge... Anyway, the U-Haul company reported the truck stolen and ONLY BEC OF MY BAD DECISION TO SIGN MY SIGNATURE, I was the unfortunate person whom had no record, now is fighting a THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE $75,000!!!!!! WOW JUST OMG WOW WTF

Micheal DDuring the hard time my family and I were having with an unexpected death of a family member, the staff was very friendly, extremely kind and courteous throughout the entire process. The professionalism was unmatched compared to the many places that I've been in the past. I will highly recommend this location and the staff members to anyone who needs to move or travel and is in need of travel items and tow package installation. From the bottom of my heart, thank you immensely. My family also thanks you as well!

Thomas WThe young lady who rented the trailer to me was very courteous and did a great job. The mechanic helped me figure out why the lights weren't working....it was a fuse in my vehicle....he troubleshot the problem in just a short time even though it was closing time. I will be using them again and recommend them highly!

James MFix the app. I couldn't get past uploading my license picture on my android. After I clicked the check to upload the pic the app would go back to the initial screen. I swapped to my wife's iphone to get past it. It took 3 tries on her phone to finish up. Returning the truck did the same when it was time to upload the gage pic. I had to swap to my wife's iphone again to finish.
Robert FHave the equipment ready to rent out. There was an issue getting equipment rented out. I spent an hour of my time before hooking trailer up to my vehicle.

Norman GYour reservation system is terrible. Your system told me that no trailers were available within 60 or 70 miles but this site had multiple trailers available and I drove past at least 2 or 3 other uhaul sites that also had multiple trailers sitting on their lot unused. You absolutely ARE losing money because of this. Had I not drove past this site everyday for work and knew they had trailers available I would have rented from a competitor or made other arrangements. You need to fix this problem.

Please find someone over 5 years old to redo the garbage you currently have for booking. I could list many issues specifically but you get no more of my time considering how long it took to navigate this joke.
