It was a tight spot but it was convenient. Representative was pleasant.

Trina Nwoketruck inside the cabin dirty, in the back in the drawer dirty, the windshield wipers damaged because on my trip it was raining and nothing could be seen because they are damaged!!! This goes against security!!!
Boris AfonsoThe gas station had a different mane. It was called "Mystik" in my confirmation, but something entirely different upon arrival. Also, there were several U-HAUL trucks at that location already, making it difficult to park. I reserved a storage unit at a U-HAUL facility close by, but was not able to book the same facility as a return location for the vehicle, which simply doesn't make sense at all.

Albert MorrisonAbsolutely the worst experience ever. This place charged my credit card 3x on a holiday weekend and left me with no money. No one was able to help me and my credit card company say all the charges are still pending and they can't cancel till it clears. This is totally unacceptable and is should be considered stealing. If I don't get my money back in 24 hours I will be reporting to the BBB it is entirely unacceptable to do this with people's money. I did not authorize my card to be charged multiple times and I honored every part of my contract with you guys.

Odidi OdidiThe woman in the gas station was upset that the drop off time was 9:30pm and repeated 4 times that the closer would have to wait around for us because the store closes at 9pm. Unknown to her I didn't need the truck that long and planned to drop it off hours earlier, which I did. Also while returning the truck she came to the back of the store and took the keys from my husband while I was taking pics of the truck during my mobile return process, moved the truck closer to the truck in front of it(FYI the front bumper is dented (noted when I picked it up) and she is potentially the source watching her move the truck) and went inside the store isthmus the key before I could complete the mobile return. Well the site required me to go back into the truck so I had to go into the station and she manually completed the return. I've done the mobile rental before but I will never do it again at this location.

Karen KaikkonenI had never rented a vehicle before and was unsure about it. However, from the initial ordering of the vehicle and throughout the rest of the process it was seamless. The vehicle was new, clean and easy to use. I will definitely use these services again.
SHARI TRUSSONIExterior of the vehicle was fine, no problems. Interior was not clean. Cup holder was full of something disgusting and there was a strong odor or Marijuana in the vehicle. Also of note was that the site changed my reservation from a 20' truck to a 17' truck without notice. I called the 1-800 number the night before my reservation ans they corrected it back to the 20' truck without a problem. Site was able to put me into a 20' truck as I had requested.

Grant DettoreWhile not the fault of this location but my truck was not available on Saturday morning for my reservation so got behind by almost two days. This location told me the truck was not returned on Sunday but they call when it came in. They called I went to the location but no truck. It was available later but wasted time going twice to the location
PATRICK LUETHProvide help hooking up tow dolly that is parked backwards with the tongue over the curb. It's hard to understand why the main location nearby had no available tow dollies while this little gas station had five. This would not have been an issue if the dolly was positioned so you could back up to it. I had to push it off the curb and turn it around unassisted. Then was told to put it back when I returned it.
William HeimelService your trucks the thing sounded like it was going to die while even empty. Transmission is slow to change gears and costs more in gas.
