When we returned the U-Haul we also purchased gas and candy. We see now that they have charged us excess of what the receipt and for our food purchases. When we called to ask for explanation there is no answer. We are in the process of disputing these charges now with our card company.Kyong P.

I had a 9:00 AM pick up scheduled. they changed my pick up location to a store that did not open until 11:00 AM. Totally unacceptable because I had a crew to load the truck with me that I was paying by the hour. They sent me to another location about 5 miles away to pick up a truck. The ticket they gave me had "NOT CUSTOMER READY" at the bottom. The truck was not clean inside and had 3/4 tank of gas in it. We got the move done, but I had to pay my helpers about 1 1/2 hours extra in pay. I think I should have gotten a discount on the rental since the pick up was such a mess. The drop off was quick and painless so kudos to them.Ray H.

The woman that works behind the counter is rude and also would not take my id made me go get my drivers license instead of using my valid id then proceeded to tell me i had to wait for her to take a picture of the tag on my car never have had such a unpleasant encounter i think she represented your company poorly. I have been a customer for years and have never had a problem just using my id.william H.

The attendant was incredibly rude. She was argumentative and abrasive. Upon Turing in the truck, she told me that I would need to pay a cleaning fee since there were footprints in the back of the truck. Keep in mind, I did not rent ANY EQUIPMENT, so the box was empty and bare. I then asked about the Covid procedures if clean up as she told me that's none of my business. I will never refer this location to anyone at all. First of when i pickup the truck from this specific location the truck was hell dirty from back and inside, infact the lady seen it and she just throw the back trash but front was so bad stinky and drink spilled. But i needed the truck no choice. When i returned it there was other lady and she was telling me that truck is dirty God damn she was really rude i told her that i got this truck with same condition and your lady works in the morning she knows. Uhaul please dont spoil your name with these kind of dealers.Feroz T.

The gas tank had a hole allowing gas to pour out. Could have been a very dangerous situation. Engine light on. After waiting a long time, roadside assistance dept. did guide us how to comment about this with U-haul. Would not recommend the pick up location! I wonder who maintains the U-haul vehicles???Brenda A.

Staff was not very helpful. I've rented many trailers so knew what I had to do, but may not recommend this location for new and inexperienced folks. Items of note - did not perform lights check or chains check, did not help hitch up (just told me to go and grab it - luckily I can move the Tow Dolly!) Otherwise nice folks who were just busy with the convenience store at the time.CHARLES G.

I was charged multiple times and have not received a refund or response to attempts at contacting the location. I also was dissatisfied with the value of services. I would have gone with another rental company who included an amount if not an unlimited number of miles for an in-town single day rental.Brandon E.
My reservation was for a mobile pick up at 2:30, but when I arrived, there was no one in the building and the mobile pick up was not enabled, stating that I needed to wait until the location opened. There was nothing to indicate that they were closed or unavailable, and they wouldn't answer the phone. It took almost 20 minutes for someone to finally answer and then I had to go inside to complete the reservation.heather B.

I had started to rent from Lowe's across the street but that was a complete waste of time. As a last ditch effort, I decided to rent from Uhaul's neighborhood location which was located across the street. The check in process was relatively simple once you complete mobile check in. The store clerk was pleasant and accommodating when she needed to update the amount of gas that was actually in the van from what she noted on the paperwork. The clerk who assisted upon returning the vehicle was just as pleasant and efficient. I would rent from this location again.Hilda D.

The representatives there are impossible to deal with. Their apathetic approach to business is repulsive. The truck photos did not indicate all the damages on the truck when I picked up, it was dirty inside/oily (hard to capture on photos) and overall in poor shape. I have dealt with this location in the past for a drop off and they charged us for equipment we didn't even have that they had lost. I would recommend pulling this site from your authorized locations immediately.Herman B.
I was told to return uhaul to a location they recommended. Upon arrival I was told by U-Haul representative for uhaul at location,that she could not accept uhaul she didn't have room. Which was not true the lot was almost empty. Then after that tedious process I was told gas had to be exactly amount on return. When trying to add the correct amount the representative at location told me it would be 31 $out my deposit. I then ask could I use my credit card at pump to add rest of gas. She told me no that I can have the 31 $taken out deposit and couldn't use my debit card at pump to add more gas to uhaul. I told her I didn't want 31 $taken out of deposit because it may not take 31 $to get correct amount in. She then proceeded to tell me uhaul charging me the 31 $after typing on her computer screen.I then took 15 $out my pocket and paid to pump the rest of gas. Which was all that was needed to put gas back at correct amount. I can only imagine how many people have been done that way and paid. I hope that experience is not a representation of all Uhaul Companies y'all may have.Cassandra J.

Male from location came over and told us where to park truck correctly. Began removing the blankets from the truck. Didn't mention his name or if he worked for the location. Was a little confusing but he already took one stack and left. Waited because I did not know if I could leave the truck. Later found out he works there and was doing a great job streamlining his position. The clerk at the counter was great and took care of the check in efficiently and quickly helped me get back to unpacking. Very clean and accessible truck location.Corey T.

The ladies who worked at the counter were very pleasant. It was nice to be at a gas station because all the snacks/drinks we wanted and gas to fill up on the u-haul and personal cars were right there.I will definitely be back!jennifer Y.

I received a bill saying I owed almost 90,00 $! I didn't owe anything and paid in full when I returned the truck and filled up the tank. I am not paying a dime on that bogus balance and will NEVER do business with UHAUL again!!!!Curtis C.

Uhaul is a joke. I reserved a truck for a local move in Norcross, Ga and they sent my reservation to Woodstock, Ga which is 30 miles away from the originally requested location. Just because they did not have the size of truck I needed. I would never know this if I don't have to call them to cancel my reservation. They transferred me to Woodstock, and in order to change the location on the reservation, they had to transfer me again. But at this time my call ended up in Seattle, WA. Than they tried to transfer me back to GA, but they put me on hold for at least 15 min after I was on the phone with them for about 30 min already. Than I try to modify my reservation online to a location that was relatively close to me. Everything went fine online, but because of this disorganized company, I called the newly booked location that they have the size that I reserved. Sure enough they had a smaller truck under my name that I never reserved. I called Norcross location again to book the size I need, but they did not have it available because they carry only one of that size of truck. They sent me to a location that was only 5 miles away from my location instead of 30, but they did not have the appliance dolly I reserved with my truck rental. The lady in the store advised me to go to the close by Uhaul location to rent the dolly only. So I went. The guy had the equipment but had no flying clue how to rent that out by itself. I spent about 20 minutes waiting for the guy to figure it out. It never happened. I just gave up. On top of the moving stress, Uhaul made my move even more stressful. Next time I will go with a different truck rental company for sure!!!Hajnalka H.

The location was great but I was disappointed with U-Haul. I had reserved some moving equipment only to find that the location did not have all of the equipment I reserved. Secondly, I don't know who is responsible for keeping the trucks clean but there was an infestation of ants inside the truck I rented. The passenger side seat belt was covered in ants which was a huge inconvenience for us on our moving day.Edward L.

I reserved a truck through the 1-800 customer service representative. I needed a truck last minute and paid for my reservation in advance. I was at work and my husband and mother went to the pickup location in my absence. I was charged for 2 reservations and spent over 1 hour to get things resolved. I would like someone to contact me regarding this experience as things quickly became distastorus. Not happy with my experience.aquil W.
