mark wWhen returning the van using the online app, it kicked us out 3 times when we were trying to upload the photo of the milage and gas level. We had to click another link to proceed without uploading the picture. Very frustrating after a long, hot day of moving. Otherwise, we were very happy with the local rental management and the function of the van.
