The lot is very small, vehicles were parked very close to each other. Need to have clear parking spaces for the rental vehicles. Check in on the app was a nightmare. took almost 45 minutes, which ran into my alotted time. Need to have a better app, or warn people arrive early because it will take at least 30 minutes to check in!Connie J.

Hard to find the entrance no room for the truck. Hours said open on Sat 10-3 pm. Got there at 1pm place was locked up no place to park the truck so I had to block a dumpster it's the only place it would fit and dropped the keys.PETER G.

I was double charged for my truck rental. I noticed it on my account within 24 hours. One of your representatives called me to assure it would be taken care of on YOUR end. Obviously they failed. The truck interior had trash in the console. Obviously it was not previously inspected before I rented the truck. The uhaul representatives had me write my card information down to leave with them. Three days later... Now I've contacted uhaul to dispute the charges. I get a callback from uhaul with a code to give to my bank. But my bank cannot use the code or release my funds because it is still incumbent on uhaul to take some actions. This transaction was a catastrophe from the start and just keeps getting worse. Thank you uhaul for completely wasting my time, and taking my money. I will never trust your company again for my moving needs. You lost a loyal customer. Oh and your customer service is an insult. Over 1 hour on hold? If you can't do any better than that, then get out of the business.JASON L.

Customer service needs some attention. Not everyone lives or travels in areas of good cell phone service. With a bad or blown tire on a country road at night trying to get help with a tire. Being told to go to I haul.com/help is not an option with no cell service. I feel that if I have a problem should be able to talk to someone.Japhia A.

I think the guy charged me twice. I had a order confirmation for express check out. He took 15 mins reentering all my info BACK into his computer and then needed my card to run it!
