I filled my tank according to the sheet I received from the lady. Then I was charged 30 fee for getting gas and 2 gallons. I was dead on the money for the fuel. I want my money back now.

They did not have the supplies I ordered when I picked up the truck. I had to turn around and drive the truck to another uhaul location to get them. Called corporate about this issue, they basically said tough shit. Had to change my order from a 15 footer to 20, and I was charged more than $100 per extra foot. Thanks for ripping me off.

I pre-registered online with everything including pictures of my license plates as required. The website told me it would cut my wait in half. The clerk brought up my pre-registration and I saw a picture of my license plate on her screen so I knew my information was there, but apparently due to software issues she struggled to complete my transaction for nearly a half an hour.

I will never deal with U-Haul again reserved a truck for Saturday on Mahoning ave on 32719 they waited till 530pm to tell me they cldnt find my truck so I had to go to warren to pick it up I paid 128 to get it I asked the lady if I cld get a discount since I asked for it to be at Mahoning ave for pickup she said my discount wld be to drop it off at Mahoning not warren so I only got back 21 dollars from 128 cause of the miles from warren smdh whhat kind of discount is that I reserved it for a reason but they said reserving it doesn’t mean ull get it so I’ll never use U-Haul again

I had to rent a U haul at the last minute the customer service representatives were very helpful because I had to drop off in a different location other than where I picked up.I did have a problem with the first location I tried to get U haul from the representative was not in when we arrived, we had to drive almost 20 minutes to pick up the truck. This delayed our move.

I have rented from U-Haul several times. Never had this experience. Had to hook the trailer up myself. No light check to make sure turn signals and brakes lights work. When I got home and opened the trailer, it was filthy inside. I had to clean it to use it. I dropped it off and it was just that. They didn’t check it for damage or cleanliness. Never again.
