Truck was dirty and full of trash (food and spilled pop). The gas was left below what was recorded. The box of the truck had melted chocolate in it and muddy footprints on the wall. Very disappointed since we have used uhaul many times in the past and this was by far the most disgusting truck I have seen.

My comment is not about this location, but the one in West Point Ne. I went to rent a trailer in West Point and they were out! And said they hadn't had any for quite a while. It would be nice to get some trailers stocked in West Point so that I do t have to drive all the way to Fremont to get one... and then have to drive to Fremont to return it. Why have local dealers if they aren't going to have what you need?

Not the locations fault but hard to pull out the 20 foot truck and trailer

They park the biggest U-Haul in the back can't maneuver, the truck out I had someone with a CDL trying to do it they can't even maneuver it out. The location of the U-Haul needs better parking spots for the trucks. And you guys want to know why people hit things I will not be paying it!

I specifically called the location at 48th and Vine in Lincoln before pick up for a reservation. I did not look at the email sent to me because I knew where I called. On arrival I found out I was taking to a call center and was scheduled for a pick up at 70th and VanDorn. It took a bit of annoyance to even get the counter person off the chair to check where I was to pick it up. Arriving at 70th and VanDorn they didn't even have anyone to do the contract for pickup and I was turned away. The owner was there who I have known for years and said they couldn't help until morning. calling the call center back I finally talked to a manager who found a trailer part way to my destination that I was able to get even befor the Lincoln locations opened. I wasNOT going to return the unit to Fremont and the NAPA person was able to arrange that. He was amazing and is there for the customer.

The guy took an extremely long time to inspect and get truck to me. Upon getting truck home discovered that the truck was full of old stained blankets, pillows, boxes and moving blankets. Filled up my entire weekly trash can that made me get double charged for trash service.
