We went 48 miles in the UHAUL, but it took 11.7 gallons of gas to fill up the tank. So the tank wasn't completely full when we picked up the vehicle. I would like to be reimbursed for the extra gas expense if possible. I don't know the kind of mileage the 20 foot trucks get but at 10 MPG, we should have used 5 gallons at the most.

We rented the car hauler and one of the straps for the tires was terribly frayed and had to be replaced on site. This was noticed after the car was already loaded onto the trailer. The My husband was the one to actually unbolt it from trailer and replace the bad strap with a good one from another trailer since we were told they don't service the equipment at that location. We appreciate them letting us fix this issue since we had the tools. Maybe just inspect the equipment prior to renting it out.

Truck performed well, was in great mechanical shape, the exterior and bed of the truck were clean. The cab of the truck had some leftovers from prior occupants, and reeked of tobacco smoke. This indicates the cab had not been cleaned or disinfected between customers, and that if there is a 'no smoking' policy, it is neither followed nor enforced. This esposure did trigger an acute asthma attack in me (I am severely allergic to tobacco smoke) that required treatment, but of greater concern in this era of COVID-19 was the risk of transmission due to lack of disinfection between customers. I discussed this with the manager, but he was utterly reluctant to accept any responsibility

Overall, overpriced. Why mileage charge for in state moves AND have to pay for gas is confusing to me. Also was charged and addtl $64 with no explanation as to why when I asked. Will probably go with Penske next time.

I was told the charge would be 29.95 per day. No one said anything about .99 per mile. My bill was 129 for 10 hours of using a van. Very disappointed!!!

i needed a trailer at the last minute to move from Omaha to Chattanooga tn during the 4th of July holiday they had me covered.

The attendant loaded me up with a trailer that had sustained damage. I was unaware of the damage and when I got it back to my loading place, the damage was aparent and i had to call roadside assistance to get a new trailer. Roadside assistance was great and did a good job, but the attendant never should given me a broken trailer.

U-Haul's after hours check-out app did not work for me. It did not recognize my phone number and/or password and was therefore unable to log in. I dropped off the trailer at 5:00 on Sunday and called the next morning to confirm.

The best experience I've ever had at a UHaul. Didn't have to wait long. Once it was my turn at the counter, I was out of there in about 10 minutes. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure how it could have been better.

The truck I reserved was given to someone else. It took a lot of coordination to on for us to move and being downsized with no warning caused us a lot of problems. Although that was really frustrating, and caused headaches and extra work, the attitude I got from the employee was the part that made me realize I would never do business with U-haul again. I did not get any empathy not an apology. It almost seemed that I was inconveniencing him by showing up and expecting my reservation to be available. This was a poor reflection on U-haul and Napa.

I reserved a 10-foot truck but was given a 15-foot truck instead. I did not need or want a 15-foot truck. To improve, I recommend that Uhaul complies with the terms of reservation agreements.

One star, only because I can't give them zero stars. This was a joke from the start. 1) The online checkin process was laughable. Make sure you have an "alternate contact" who can vouch for you, or they can contact your employer to verify your existence. In my case, at 7:00 AM. On a Saturday. Right. 2) The additional supplies I ordered were not in the truck. Of course the pickup location was not open yet since I chose to use the superb online check in option. (See above). I have complained to two different reps. Still got charged for them. 3) The truck cab was absolutely gross. THIS IS DURING THE COVID EPIDEMIC. Soda bottles, candy wrappers, trash. Obviously zero effort was made to clean in between uses. Disgusting and irresponsible. 4) The extra days I put on the order by calling the customer service line were not saved. I was contacted the next morning about why I had not returned the truck yet. Uh, I'm not supposed to return it for two more days? In general, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This isn't worth the frustration.

The drop off was a total bust. There were no signs at the location about where to drop off. The only way I knew we were close, is there were some u hauls there. And the trailer was impossible to get off the ball hitch. It's a bad design. I know you don't care about a bad review, but for $61 for a one way rental, it was non existent customer service.

People that I spoke to that work there and that helped me were very nice! I would rent from this location again. The truck was really dirty on the outside, although the inside was cleaned out and fine.
