Lawrence S.The location was great, and helpful, however your on line booking system sucks. Constant pop ups, i specifically said NO to carts and blankets... Guess what we in my cart at check out? When arriving to pick up my truck, it says "oh, there's a problem" so i had to go inside and waste an hour anyway. Should I not have received an email update BEFORE I arrived to tell me there's an issue? I didn't... But i did get an ton of spam from you...before and after. Pathetic for such an established company... Can you say "Sears and Roebuck"

sherri L.I tried using Uhaul app, but it would not upload pictures. I finally went to Uhaul.com and several numb hands later it uploaded my pics. (Only negative experience).
rufus S.The clerk helping me admitted the vehicle had just been returned and they hadn't had time to clean it, but the drivers area was so dirty. She did sanitize it, but it looked like there was dried vomit on the dashboard.

TAMMY SUE G.Madison Gutfleisch was the employee who I had assist me with my reservation. From the minute she got to work tj t morning she was rude. I had a gentleman who I had hired to help drive the uhual and pick up the item I bought who was with me in the store to pick up my rental. I Booked at the day before online prayer with a live agent who set up my whole reservation for me. Including my debit card and all required information needed for the reservation. When we got to the store she was upset that I had not download in my drivers license on the U-Haul app which I have no problem doing I just didn't know I had to do it. I asked how how to do it and she got mad that I didn't know how to download it and began to be so rude it was unbelievable. She insinuated I was stupid and unorganized. I took the day off work to get this handled and she humiliated me in the store I. Front of two men who were in there. I have never had such poor customer service in all my life. She said smart comments about me personally to me and threatened me not to let me rent the uhual. I felt at her mercy and it was so terrible. When she finally gave me the keys she refused to tell us which truck was ours so we had to go to each one outside while trying not to slip on the ice covered parking lot and as we walked out she continued to say rude comments. I am double her age and would never talk to someone how she talked to us. I am still so upset how she treated me. She charged me for an extra day upfront even though I told her I didn't need it. She made accusations of me streaming the truck and treated me like a piece of garbange. I asked her her name and she would not tell me. She proceeded to tell me she hated renting g the uhual out and all she cared about was the storage units. I found the customer service number and immediately called the rep Orr supervisor of this location who has been wonderful. His name is Jake. He is going to talk to the manager of the store tomorrow. So hopefully this will be resolved but something has to be done about this terribly rude employee. Not a good rep for uhual. I rent uhual all the time and will never ever return to this site as long as she is there.

Kevin O.Costumer service needs to improve. The staff member who helped me had an attitude and was rude. She needs to be more friendly. Also, she seemed bothered every time I asked a question to confirm I was a understanding the terms and conditions of renting the truck.
LOURDES-MARIA P.When we went to return the truck, there was not a lot of space. Overall, the most frustrating part is the repetitiveness of checking in and out the truck. I uploaded my license two separate times. Just seems redundant. Trying to check it back in was the most frustrating as the system wasn't working. The truck was also below 1/4 of a tank when we got it.

DEBORAH MAE-ESTH L.I rented a 15' truck. When I measured the bed of the vehicle it was only 13' from front of the box to inside the closed door. I needed a full 15' to transport the wooden bar top I built. Fortunately I was able to just get it in the box on the diagonal. Please represent the sizes of your trucks accurately.

I have called your number 3 Times yesterday & been on hold 1hour each time. I finally used the "we will call you back in 2 hours. Jacqueline M.After 2 very good experiences w/both staff & vehicle, this vehicle was broken down piece of crap. Driver side visor kept falling down to block my driving view(holder to lock in place ripped out), upon loading stuff to take to new location the door was stuck open as lock piece would hit frame. After jerking, poking ,etc for 5 minutes got it to come down. In filling up gas tank, cap fell on ground as tie broke loose. I shared all of this w/nice attendant who acknowledged, yes, they knew this was an 'old, junky vehicle.' I had picked up vehicle B4 they were open using your App registration. So I paid same amount of $$ for 2 previous good rentals as one 'old, junky vehicle', bad business.

Also the truck that was rented to me was filthy inside, hard candies stuck to the inside Of the box and wrappers everywhere. I was also overcharged and I'm not sure why…
DALE MICHAEL D.The weather stripping was missing off the drivers door jamb so the metal edge cut both of my elbows and my back. The truck I used had many things wrong with it.

ROZ P.The van would not start. The service girl had to jump in and push a bunch of buttons to get it to start and didn't really care or know why.. I left there very nervous I was going to have trouble. Also, we returned it early in the middle of a tornado watch so I had to use someone else's phone to check it in. Just a lil frustrating that the online check in process was not easy. We were stuck in a downpour trying to take pics of the vehicle. Not very customer service friendly.
TRACY RUTH I.Probably cannot do anything about this but there is very limited parking for customers. The staff was very nice and the cargo van worked out well. I will rent again in August.

Elizabeth Ann J.The customer should be given an option Or asked if they would like a copy of the Agreement Contract instead of it being assumed they want it emailed. Both the customer and the employee should view/check the truck together before the customer leaves with it. Lastly, just a suggestion, customers who immediately return the trucks less than 3 hours should get a discount, because that allows Uhaul to rent out again prior to the 24 hours.

JERRY FREDERICK N.I was never given the option to choose Safemove or Safemove Plus with the app. Instead I chose Safetrip which was the only option, believing it was Safemove. I did not need Safetrip as I have AAA. The app did not allow me to take any more pictures other than the first one I uploaded when I picked up the truck. Overall I am very unhappy and will not use U-haul again.
