The lady working at the counter was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to myself and to another gentleman when he returned his truck. Both of the requested dolly's I needed to assist with my move of heavy objects were forgotten. I did a receive a refund because they were not there, but when you depend on something and pay for it you expect them to deliver I had to go borrow one from a friend. Big let down, beware.Kurt D.

The staff behind the counter were so helpful and friendly and honestly I don't think I could have done this without them, the U haul phone app at least to me was complicated, the goodness they were there to process my rental requirements instead of me trying to figure out how to do that on my phone.Thank youLANCE CHRISTOPHE H.

Really confused at your organizational skills. The sales person at your Independent location had a real negative fucked up attitude. She assumed that I knew all your bullshit rules and regulations. She explicitly explained that I should have sent you a picture of my license so that she doesn't have to do it on her cell phone. Helloâ€¦ It's 2021 use your printer scanner to do it and send it to U-Haul corporate. But she just doesn't get it!JOSEPH PATRICK M.

The rotors on the truck I had were warped. Also would have been nice to have a full tank of fuel to make it easier to return with the same amount instead of 1/4 tank.Jason W.

Uhual has the worst online structure for making a reservation. Have so much trouble making a reservation all the time I've stopped using your site. Its slow, glitches, and always just randomly throws the user out of app or page. Another thing is that Uhual takes the reservation for any rental then later calls you to tell you that there isn't a rental available. So basically impossible to coordinate a confirmation. Service is great everywhere but in a day where online activity and control is everything Uhual is the industry leader and behind in those aspects.CHINTAN HARSHAD P.

This location was fine but my entire UHaul experience was horrible. 1st reservation was cancelled by Haul less than 2 hours before my pick-up time because the truck was returned wrecked. UHaul gave me a new location and a different truck as an alternate. When I got to that location, the truck had already been rented to someone else. UHaul then gave me a 3rd location after their rental agent on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I arrived there the agent to release the truck was away on lunch so I waited 25 minutes as no one else could sign out the truck. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN.SEAN MCDONALD C.
Well i put a order in for a a truck didnt know they left keys in box before they open. I was suppose to pick up way early but I picked up after 9 when they opened. Came to pick up door was unlocked told me i couldnt pick up. Then i got it after they open and I had it for 24 hours. I still needed to drop it off it the time i got it which was 8 in the morning dropped if off and they charged me a huge late fee. Really was not happy. Been going there for over 10 years. Facilitate one way move needs within the metro area. Requiring the customer to return the rented vehicle doubled my mileage costs, plus the added time and cost of a ride to follow me there and to return me to my new residence.IBU MOHAMMED E.

The location was great and I appreciated the call the day before my reservation to confirm. The mobile pick-up process still needs some work. I was not aware that I only had a 15minute time window for the pick-up and had to go through the ordeal of calling customer service to reset. Similarly, the key drop-off wasn't clear as the instruction immediately directed me back to the main page of the app.Scott F.

The location & person working were great. The system was AWFUL! The online check in/out processed was TERRIBLE! I'm saying it in nice words even though I feel like saying something much worse. The system was sooooo bad, It made us late to where we were going. Initially, it took 4 different phones to obtain a pic of our drivers license. That should have been captured when making the reservation. Your system was not willing to upload. Plus, what the...... We already typed in all the info. What a waste to ask for info both ways. The manager was really good trying to help us. It seemed his hands were tied too.. He had a great demeanor though. We were an hour late because it took soooo long attempting to checkout. Talk about starting on the wrong foot. Driving the vehicle was ok as long as we were driving straight. Asy curves, etc, it didn't like and the backend wanted to slide. Felt this on the passenger and drivers side. Something was not right. I can envision someone loosing control, especially if it continues to get worse. We get back and check out. Again, the system wouldn't work. We started entering info and you want pictures. Your system can't handle pictures!!!!!!!!!!!! Took first pictures and program timed out. Retry, enter info and pics are too old. They can't be any fresher. Lost track of how many times we did this viscious loop. Still can't check the vehicle in. Screw it, took many additional pics and headed home. Calmed down enough to call to check in. How dare I bother someone. No, I did not stay on uhaul premise after spending another hour attempting to checkin.... I'm obviously bothering the person on the phone. They reluctantly check us in. This poor attitude didn't help when we were already frustrated with the system. Then 48 hours go by. We receive the receipt. We filled up the vehicle and have receipt. Pic shows fuel over "F" and were gouged more money for fuel. At this point, we just wanted to wash our hands of uhaul. Already a friend has said we won't use them ever, that was terrible. I've been so upset with your process, with NO WORKAROUNDS, that I don't want to use uhaul again. Plus, not everyone has a smartphone. You are discriminating against those that don't or can't own the technology. I'm not happy about your process!!!!!!FRANK K.
