clint mThis location is also a large used car lot and space for parking and manuvering vehicles and trailers is very limited. There's only one way in and one way out. However, the attedant was very friendly and helpful.

James FGreat experience, walked in the day before I needed the truck and was able to ensure a smooth pick up the next morning despite the truck assigned being tucked all the way in the back involving the move of at least 6 trucks. Everyone was super helpful, would recommend this location to anyone!

Sterling HIt is nearly impossible to pull into or out of this location. It is shared with a shady used car lot, you can expect 2-3 vehicles will block you in, no with no way out of the lot while you sign the paperwork for your rental. I would rather buy my own trailer than ever try to fit a rental trailer in and out of this lot ever again. This was the most inconvenient experience renting equipment I've ever had, I would give 0 stars if possible

Cynthia GThe truck assigned to me had a battery that didn't work. When I requested a new truck, I was given one that was just dropped off seconds after I arrived at the U-Haul Rental site. The staff rushed to process the just-arrived truck and left it dirty. When I asked for a new contract reflecting the new vehicle, I was scolded and told that I didn't need the new contract. After about an hour of discussing I gave up and left with the dirty truck. What can be improved here is: 1) checking trucks operations before renting it out to a customer (including battery life), 2) Be prepared with back-up trucks in case of last-minute changes, and 3) not arguing with the customer and acting as though it's their fault that the truck issues arose.

james tWhile the location had limited on-street parking, the rental experience was perfect. I did the on-line check-in in advance, so the rental took one minute, as did the drop-off. Just perfect.

John RI requested a utility dolly in my reservation online, when I arrived they told me that they do not have any. Lots of hidden fees (including extra for returning after hours even when I paid for a certain amount of hours that would go after they close).

Oleg ESarah - not helpful ( see above). Guy we returned to tried to help, but couldn't do anything. Place is scrunched on a corner lot - very difficult to get in and out.
John BThere were leaves in the vehicle when I picked it up. I cleaned them out. I was not told that I would be charged $20 for bringing the U-Haul back after 6:00 p.m. I dropped it off at 6:15 p.m. and was charged $20 for a late fee.
