This was a disaster. I went online to check in and the location didn't do an inspection which caused a delay and potentially causing a cancellation of my order which I booked in advance. After receiving guidelines from the help line, we proceed to check-in. As we accessed the black box where the keys were, no keys to found. Hence no truck inspection done, no keys moved out of the return box. Once again putting myself in a tough situation. Thank god for the convenience store helper or else I would not have gotten my truck. Again, the online help was excellent and a discount was to be applied to my bill. Also, I need to point out I booked a 12 hour timeframe and with this issue it changed my time for 4 hours. So not only did this location mess up it and cause 2 hour delay the time stamp to use the truck was 4 hours when it should have been 12 hours until return. I believe the rate charge is ridiculous for what I went through. My rental from AB to MB ends up being cheaper. I don't recommend 24/7 locations. It costs more and is super inconvenient. This day almost cost me a lot of issues all due to the location owner of this place. I have never had an issue booking through a manned location. ThanksDavid M.

My original reservation was fit in store pick up at the counter. 2025 Lynda let in Brandon Manitoba does not offer in store pick up. What a joke!!!! Fucked away 1,5 hours of my time!!!! In addition, The lock was stuck and would not open. Please inform customers of this.Graham C.
Absolute worst rental truck company, too bad they have very little competition and know it so they can continue to be absolute dog shit. You can't even let customers know their dollies they ordered aren't in their truck before pick up and then I still get charged for them so now I have to waste even more of my time calling your fucking customer service to get a refund for something I should never have paid for in the first place.Tyler P.
The lot is not paved and does not have gravel -- if it's rained recently/has snow melt, it's several inches deep of loose mud. Bring tall waterproof boots or you're going to have a bad time.Alexander K.

Worst uhaul experience I have ever had. If I could give a 0/5 I would. Checking in was horrible as the actual person of the location does nothing everything is mobile, however, if you have a secondary driver it's a ridiculous process. Returning was also a hassle. Never again. The uhaul rep that called the day before never informed me of this process and also never sent the confirmation email or text. Horrible experience.Ashly K.

Very rude and unhelpful givin the situation we were in. Too bad we would of been liable for the trailer or I would of left it at a scrap yard seeing no one could give us a straight answer. Still have not heard from anyone as to how they can help. Guess there is no help !!CORYCC C.
Let people know that they will need additional information when they are going to pick up. I was not informed that additional information would be required ie passport, work contact number etc. This was a pain to try set up last minute and would make me hesitant in the future about using UHaulMichael K.
