A great experience that made moving easier and less stressful. Emma was on duty and was very helpful and attentive.

My experience with Uhaul was terrible!! They sent me to 1 location in Lancaster ,Pa to wait 45 minutes to then tell me they did NOT have the truck I reserved TWIICE!! I then had to travel to another city in York, Pa which was 45 minutes for travel and an additional 45 minutes to actually and finally get the truck!! The manager at York, Pa was very rude and unpleasant!! He continued to cut me off and talk over me while expressing my frustrating with Uhaul respectfully!! I rented a dolly for towing my vehicle and explained I had NEVER used 1 before and would need explanation and guidance on how to use it!! The manager simply installed it without directions and sent me on my way. My whole experience with Uhaul was chaotic and I would NOT recommend anyone to use them!!
Clean facitliy, easy drop off, and great customer service.
Employees should be more aware of where the equipment is located on the property. We followed the gentleman's instruction to find the trailer, ended up driving thru majority of the property to find it on the opposite side, near the office.
Nothing. Everything was great! I couldn't find another location that was open. I didn't get the woman's name, but she was the sweetest lady and gave the best customer service.
Made the drop off process easy and friendly.

The site stated unlimited miles for my trip. Then when I returned the truck I get a bill for extra miles used. Complete horseshit. Couple that with the fact of a bad and unprofessional experience while doing a U-Box Load share for U-haul, I have closed all I have with U-Haul and will never do business with them again.

The only problem I had is that there was a 70 yr old women that had to try to lift a 12 ft trailer onto my truck it was a poor set up

Customer service rep was confused about using cell phone to complete rental and I had to have a representative from uhaul to call location is she would release the rental it took me over an hour to pick up the rental and I dropped of early and it was a hurry up and wait process
We had the paperwork from Laurel, indicating that the amount of gas in the truck when received was 7/8 full. It was returned at the Laurel site with the same amount. The woman there insisted it should have a full tank, even though my husband had the paperwork from Laurel with him. I had to sit in the car with my dog and wait in the heat until my husband returned from the gas station. The woman at the desk was not considering what my husband had to say. Anyone returning a truck would most likely be as tired as we were in helping our daughter move into her house. The treatment we received in Salisbury definitely negated the efficiency of the Laurel site.

It was inconvenient and I was extremely disappointed that I had get a 15' truck and drive almost one hour out of my way when I was very busy moving to get a tow dolly and not informed that this was going to be like this until the late afternoon the morning before my pickup day. If I had known this a week before when I reserved this equipment I would have made other arrangements . I paid over eight hundred dollars for this rental and I think I should get a discount for doing the extra hours of traveling from millsboro De. Where I moved from and picked up the truck to Salisbury Md where I picked up the dolly during rush hours. This used up at least 3 hours of my time that could have had me on my way to the long trip to Florida to miss other rush hours that I had scheduled to miss at my planned departure time but this was all changed because my extremely far separated locations of the equipment
When I picked up the trailer everything looked to be ok but then when I left and got back to location of my car and got the car on the trail I noticed the tires were half flat and I had to put air in them and then the one tire I plugged cause it had a screw in it and was leaking air

The U-Haul that I rented the inside of the cabin and was really dirty with dog hair, dog biscuits cups and napkins and everything left in the Uhaul. Then I didn't have everything that have requested online to make my move easier the lady said she called the other Uhaul store for me to go grab the things that I need it but when I got there they didn't have any other thing she said they would have.

This was a drop off where no one was available until monday. I just dropped and ran.
The laid Emma way very helpful and friendly . help me with the whole drop off situation with was a big help I would highly recommend this location to all friends and family they were well organized and clean location
Mrs. Emma was thorough and very friendly. She was on point and made the whole process easy. Two things could improve: pricing and location drop-off understanding. It cost $42 to have dolly for 6 hours and would have to drop off at same location. I used for 4 hours and dropped off at location not more then 30 miles from this location and it was $60 more. So total cost was a $100.40 for 4 hours of use, which is really high. Second thing is location, I said that I was going to drop off trailer to location near me and some how it registered as my drop off more then an hour away from me in laurel de. Weird.
